excellent location 10 minutes from the splendid Li Cossi beach after a short and very suggestive route along the cliff. The manager Mrs Rosetta and the owners are very helpful and ready to meet the needs of the moment.
The evening lighting of the external access to the house needs to be fixed, there is no air conditioning.

Exceptional setting
Exceptional view, the terrace has shade, perfect location for access to the sea, parking.
Minimalist equipment, missing a washing machine, an outdoor water point, a shower with sufficient flow.

Stay
Beautiful views from the apartment, you don't feel the heat in the apartment. A large terrace overlooking the sea. There are 2 supermarkets nearby.
The shower gets clogged and the whole apartment can be flooded. The apartment could undergo a small renovation, some things should be fixed.

The view is excellent. Comfort is a little worse.
The view from the terrace was beautiful. I liked it the most. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The refrigerator was large enough. The apartment is very spacious. The place is very calm and carefree. The environment is very good.
All the knives in the kitchen are very fluffy. There is no washing machine. The hot water faucet in the shower is already broken and needs to be replaced. It takes a few minutes before you can set the right water temperature. Bed linen and towels are paid separately. When you take a shower, water flows from the shower onto the floor and then into the living room, so you have to drain the water every time you take a shower.

Beautiful corner of Sardinia
The house is in a great location, 5 minutes from the small port of Costa Paradiso, from where you can follow the path leading to the beach of Li Cossi, which can be reached in 10 minutes. The accommodation is independent, with a comfortable panoramic and well ventilated veranda. The interior spaces are small but for 4 people reasonable and sufficient. The kitchen and furniture are in order and clean. The place is quiet and peaceful. There are no mosquitoes. Mini market and services at a distance of about 500 meters.
The shower in the room is a bit old and small. An outside shower would also come in handy to quickly wash off the sea salt.

Relaxing holiday with great sea views
House in a fabulous location with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, where you can admire the beautiful sunsets over the sea. There is a lot of tranquility here and you sleep peacefully, no noise in complete silence! As for the furniture, it is very simple, there is only the most necessary. Overall would recommend for a great price!
To be honest, the only thing I didn't like was first the lack of a washing machine, which now can't be overlooked, and then the shower curtain, which definitely needs to be replaced !!!!
