Nice hotel with very nice staff
Our arrival time was significantly delayed due to traffic and we did not reach the hotel until around midnight. The reception usually closes at 23:00, but the staff waited for us as a matter of course and received us very friendly.

Pet-friendly accommodation in Como, recommended especially for a stopover.
The hotel is an insider tip. Inconspicuous in the 2nd row, it is small but nice. Downstairs reception and restaurant, upstairs the rooms. The hotel is pet friendly. We had our dog with us. The boss and the staff are very friendly, the food in the restaurant is very good, despite a clear menu. In the morning there is a breakfast buffet which is well stocked. The rooms, equipped with bathroom, TV, WIFI and air conditioning, are clean and neatly furnished.

Dinner was delicious and very Italian. We liked it very much. The garden was also very beautiful and quiet. Breakfast for 7 euros was also ok for the price. The rooms were a bit small but comfortable and very, very clean! Class!

Expensive stay for mediocre hotel .
The sandwiches were probably from the previous day (then they were tasty) The air con was good . The spacious room was good. Staff was friendly and made an effort.
Breakfast was mediocre. Old sandwiches. The refrigerator in the room did not work and the mattresses were so saggy that we both had back pain the next day.

The curtains in the bedroom do not give a restful sleep. Too many cracks, I slept very little. Broken shower head. The hair dryer is not suitable for drying hair. Too many outdated things.

Very friendly staff, everything went smoothly. The small garden was nice for the kids to walk around without disturbing the dining area. It is also good that there was parking, especially if you are passing through.
I personally found the primi piatti very good value for money, but the main course I found too modest in price.

ME is generally overpriced for services.
Breakfast was rich, very good coffee. Very friendly staff. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Our perishable souvenirs were kindly refrigerated on site and our cold packs were freshly frozen, great! Dinner was very good. Extensive wine list. The restaurant is in very good condition, very nice at the back of the garden. Wonderful hydrangeas.
Dinner was very expensive overall. The price / quality ratio is just tolerable. Unfortunately there are no fresh fruits and vegetables for breakfast. The rooms were spartan, the fridge didn't work. If you want to stretch your legs, you will first have to take a somewhat adventurous walk along a busy road.

Terrible room. Staff and food are ok.
The food was good, but we also had quite simple dishes: ravioli with tomato sauce, cacio e pepe spaghetti, desserts were good, although I'm not sure if they were homemade. They gave us a discount on food as we were hotel guests (35 euros instead of 42 euros). The breakfast was ok but you had to ask for an espresso, the buns were quite hard. Jam, butter, Nutella - everything is in a plastic mini package, I think it's no longer relevant. You sit nicely behind the house under a big roof. There is a garage, but very narrow.
The room was a disaster: a thick, red curtain on the window: mega heat in the room. There is air conditioning which I don't like. The windows overlooked the parking lot and the busy street. So you couldn't open the window. It is not clear to me how such a room can be arranged. There are also 3 or 4 pcs. Unfortunately, the alternative was no better: a small window facing a street with a lot of traffic, small and dark. The decor of the room itself is not bad, everything is also clean. Unfortunately the bathroom doesn't have a big shelf for toilet bags etc. The bathroom would be big enough so I don't get it either. The cost of the room is slightly less than 110 euros. It's definitely not worth it.

Friendly and tasty
Very friendly welcome and lovely tasty food in the evening. Best cheesecake and pasta at its best, not to mention a great wine list 👍 All round successful overnight stay, breakfast was good and sufficient, delicious coffee. Air conditioning was great, we had 37 degrees!

Recommended for an overnight stay.
We used the hotel for an overnight stay during our trip to Tuscany. It is in a great location and meets our needs. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the food was ok. However, you cannot sit outside.
Breakfast is cheap at 7 euros but not particularly big.

Kindness, availability and a lot of quality
The welcome and availability of the owner and staff. Cleanliness and comfort in the room, despite the location in the restaurant. Air conditioning and mini-bar (always come in handy). The convenience of having a separate entrance. Covered parking is for motorcycles. The restaurant next door where we dined serves delicious and gourmet food at moderate prices (highly recommended).
There is nothing to improve here other than to keep in mind that it is not very close to the lake. We were on the move and it felt great

Small decent hotel, nothing special
Small, functional room, passable for 1 night. On a positive note, there is free parking at the house, which closes at night (beware: very narrow!)
Location right on the street with lots of traffic day and night. The rooms are quiet, but when you ventilate you can clearly hear the traffic. Breakfast is not available at the moment. Unfortunately the fridge didn't work.

Friendly staff. In general the hotel is good and normal with comfortable rooms and beds.
It's in the middle of the road and our room was facing the road, we could only sleep from 12:00 to 6:00 in the morning when cars started to pass as if they were inside the room. Impossible to sleep. They didn't change our room at all and we asked for it on arrival.

Short interesting and good stopover on the way to Liguria
For breakfast there was a ready-packed bag with various contents - that was actually very nice and included in the room price. The room was spartan, a bit dark, but at least mostly quiet, as it was right at the entrance in the corner. Fridge and kettle were available. Attention: Italian sockets!!! The dinner in the restaurant belonging to the hotel was GREAT!!! There was a garage for the car. Pretty tight for my A6. By the way, it was free.
The hotel isn't exactly in an attractive area of the city, and also a bit out of the way. We went to Como by bus. For €1.30 - that worked great. German politicians should remember the price. Otherwise there is actually nothing in the immediate vicinity of the hotel except for a residential area.

Very good
The accommodation served as a stopover on the way to Tuscany. The location is ideal for this, you can exit the motorway immediately and return to it just as quickly. Breakfast came in a paper bag so we had to eat in the room. We suspect that this was due to August 15th. The staff is very nice and polite, but without knowing Italian you will get a little lost :)

Greet the manager and her impeccable English and listen to the client. Cleanliness of cleaning every day and a warm welcome from the maids.
Free parking is difficult to access for long vehicles. The room is a bit dark with lighting. Breakfast in room (free food packages) due to health crisis. A table and 2 chairs per room would be appreciated for a comfortable breakfast. There is nothing else to say about the rest.

Wonderful short stay
The hosts greeted us very openly and warmly. Registration is very quick and easy. The family room had everything (including air conditioning).
With the key system in place, the entire circuit is cut off as soon as you leave the room with the key. This also means that the refrigerator turns off. Well, that's not so bad, but it's good to know.

Transition for 1 night. Very nice staff and hospitality. Cozy and welcoming room. 🥰 The cleanliness of the places is top notch. Soap-scented towels 🤗 Friendly management and very attentive to the welfare of the customers. Breakfast snacks were offered as we hit the road quickly very early. we recommend!

Parking on site, friendly staff despite the obvious stress. A restaurant (the price / quality ratio of which everyone should evaluate for himself ...). The room is large and spacious.
As my originally booked accommodation could not be reached due to flooding in the street, I had to book this accommodation in a very short time, resulting in a high price, which, in my opinion, was not quite suitable for the location, but was acceptable. Unfortunately there was still rubbish from previous guests in the trash can in the bathroom, wifi was not working despite repeated requests. Television in postal format is no longer up to today's standards, but you won't need it in Como, at least in the summer.

A peripheral hotel with all the virtues of the genre: ease of access, parking, silence. A cross between a country house with a balcony (as before) and American hotels along the roads.
Unfortunately the restaurant was closed and the area does not offer much hospitality.

Very good welcome and very friendly restaurant staff. In fact, we were late, but still had dinner. There was no actual breakfast. A package with crackers, pastries and juice was placed in the room. Instant coffee and tea bags and a kettle in the room. Secure parking right on the hotel terrace. There is also underground parking.
A proper breakfast would be nice. But that was it, otherwise everything was fine.

Small room - good for transit
Despite the holiday, we were still able to check in relatively late. The small room was very clean.
By Mediterranean standards, the breakfast was plentiful (including cheese and sausage, as well as various pastries). However, for a true "continental breakfast" there is still room for improvement. The room was right on a relatively busy road. When the window is open, unfiltered volume is heard. The restaurant was closed due to a holiday.
