Nice clean basic apartment
- simple, clean and comfortable apartment, close to the center and with all amenities nearby, including a shopping center within walking distance - very kind owner
- third floor without elevator - attic a bit warm - noise from the street at night (but the fault lies with the locals, who should be warned by the bar owners...)

Big house, warm on the top floor, forget the kitchen, dirty cutlery, full drawers..
Just a bed. Very comfortable.
Everything else, the dirty house, seemed to be inhabited by someone else.

Really nice little house
Location, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.
Nothing really important. Perhaps I would like to find soap in the bathroom.

Calmness.
Large and comfortable apartment.
The website states that it is 350m from the center of Civita Castellana, while the reviewer notes that it is 10 minutes from the historic center. To be precise, the historical center is, according to Google Maps, 1 kilometer 300 meters away. Having passed the route three times, I can confirm that the walk was successful!

I understand that the apartment is in the village. The only downside is the shower in the bathroom, not the bathtub, but everything is perfect

An impeccable host for accuracy and availability. Cozy and well equipped like a kitchen. Overall landmark in Civita
We were asked for a € 6 supplement for the second bed sheets. Something not previously reported on Booking. There was no soap in the bathroom. The structure is slightly outside the historic center.
