The holiday at Villa Andrea was really excellent and exceptional in every way. The host is very friendly, polite, courteous and always there to help when you need him. In summary, we felt very comfortable and everything was perfect.

I liked the villa very much. The place is excellent. There are many rooms, there is absolutely everything from towels to ear sticks, brushes, paste and even toys for the beach for a child. Special thanks for the beach chairs and umbrella. The beach is only three minutes walk. Alex is very friendly, responsive and ready to suggest anything. The fridge was full for a week. If you rent a car, then you don’t have to worry, cameras and lighting around the clock. The beach is otdichny, in October there was no one. It's like a private beach. And the weather was wonderful. But keep in mind that you will need to rent a car. Since the nearest store is 10 minutes by car (9 km). The holiday was 100% successful.👍👍👍

Mr. Alessandro's courtesy and helpfulness made a big impression on us, the house is also very close to the free beach and is fully equipped for a family with small children, nothing was missing and our three year old son really enjoyed the garden. with a real and own private playground complete with a trampoline, allowing you to go to the beach at any time. The kitchen is well equipped and has a very nice indoor and outdoor dining area, another precaution we liked was having a TV in both the living room and the bedroom. We should also emphasize the pleasure that we found everything we needed for a very complete breakfast and a good pantry upon arrival. We will definitely be back!

Hospitality, cleanliness, conditions beyond expectations

Alessandro and his family welcomed me and my family with such kindness and precision. Cozy and clean house. Nothing is missing. Absolute peace and proximity to the sea. It's a shame we only stayed for one day, I recommend it to families considering the open space with games for children and lounges for adults. We will definitely be back !!

The property is located a few meters from the beach. It was very clean. Alessandro, the owner of the house, always made sure that we did not miss anything. The refrigerator was always full. In addition, the villa is a must for families with small children. There is a lot of equipment for the little ones such as trampoline, slide, bicycles, etc. We loved it. Alessandro is a very loving, helpful and pleasant person. He always makes sure you feel comfortable and gives a lot of advice on where and what to visit in Sicily. Very polite host, impeccable welcome. Always available for any need. Very clean apartment, upon arrival we found them fresh, with all comforts (no dishwasher, but we were told that it would probably be installed soon), breakfast (plentiful and with a lot of choice) and a full fridge. with water, tea and milk. The owner helped us choose places to visit and restaurants to eat. Always in touch with a very quick response. A few meters separate the house from the coarse-grained beach. The location is a good starting point for visiting the center of Catania, La Playa beach, Syracuse, Taormina, Giardini Naxos, Etna, Caltagirone and many others.

The house was welcoming and equipped with everything, and if something was missing, Alex took care of it in a short time. The owner and his family were very nice throughout our stay, especially with our dog who was very welcome.

The location is close to the sea, the house is clean and very well equipped (air conditioning, mosquito nets, fitted kitchen ...) for relaxation. I liked everything very much. Large and spacious house. With a good area. The sandy beach is 5 minutes walk. The airport is 15-20 minutes leisurely by car. The house itself is very spacious, clean and comfortable. There is everything you need and even more. for example - barbecue charcoal, powder, electric grill, etc. We recommend it to everyone and will definitely come back again.

Breakfast was served in a convenient manner, i.e. we received all the necessary products to prepare them ourselves, at any time. The owner offered to deliver groceries during our stay if we were missing anything (bread, butter, coffee, milk, tea, jams, nutella, cereals, lenses, mineral water, cookies / muffins). New facility, fully equipped with household appliances and cosmetics (shower gels, soap, hair mousse, hairspray, brushes, toothpaste). Very close to the sea (about 1 minute walk), a kindergarten and a trampoline in front, and a dining terrace in the back (grill and charcoal), in front of the overnight parking. Effective air conditioning, mosquito nets and external blinds in every window for total comfort. The owner is welcoming and helpful.

Incredibly pleasant hosts. Alessandro helped us in everything. We really felt very comfortable in his house. It is still very new and nothing is missing! A small playground in the garden with a trampoline gave our daughter a lot of pleasure. It is about 20 minutes by car from Catania. But right on the doorstep is a beautiful beach! And it's very calm.
