Very good location - close to the Alpe di Siusi ski resort and the town of Castelrotto.
Very nice and helpful owner. A large and spacious apartment with a well-equipped kitchenette. It is possible to order deliveries of fresh bread (before 7:00). A great convenience is also the underground garage in which there are also ski racks and heaters for drying ski boots.

Everything is perfect
I have been in this structure from 7 to 11 December of this year, together with my husband and my 5 month old son. House clean, warm and well stocked with everything you need to cook. The structure is well connected with transport to the various nearby towns. The owner was 9 months pregnant, a few days after giving birth (by the way, best wishes for the new birth!!!!), very kind and helpful. Thanks also to the owner's mother who, during a sudden snowfall, gave us all the information we needed to get around by bus. The sandwich service is truly exceptional, fresh bread for breakfast every day except holidays. Greetings from Elisabetta and Michelangelo.

They were relaxing days, on which we also made a few excursions.
The landlady helped us with all questions. There was the offer to order bread rolls in the holiday apartment. The view of the valley was wonderful. The free ticket for all means of public transport makes holidays in South Tyrol very relaxed.
Since we arrived in the dark, we missed the exit to the FEWO and had to drive almost 4 km further to turn around. The inconspicuous descent is in a steep section characterized by serpentines.

Jederzeit Wieder
The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, the apartment is very modern. The kitchen was great and you could cook well. The beds were very good. The apartment offers a fantastic view of the valley. The house is a bit out of the way, but by car you can reach Castelrotto in 10 minutes. There is also a bus every hour. Everything was very clean. We could leave the car in the underground parking. It can be easily reached and dried from home. The bread service worked well. one day we forgot to order, but the hostess thought and ordered us the number of rolls from yesterday. We thought it was great (thanks again).
We haven't missed anything.

Ideal!
Everything was great! Bread service, very nice and helpful hosts. The apartments are new and modern. The rooms are quiet. You can use the entire territory of the garden. We will definitely return. E-bikes can be stored safely. And for our small budget, we even received a guest card, with which we could take part in excursions and hikes under the Seiser-Balance program for free.

Beautiful apartment in a good location to many sightseeing/walking routes
The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. The Obexer family is very sweet and hardworking. An extra change of towels was possible without a problem. Bread service was great. Many places can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Nice apartment, location not suitable for everyone.
Very friendly and helpful (luggage) hostess. The furniture is mostly new, the apartment is neat and clean, the kitchen is well equipped, a good bathroom, a large south-facing balcony. Windows and shutters are very good at blocking out noise. Everything is very spacious. We were allowed to leave the car in a large garage.
The sofa in the kitchen-living room is not very comfortable, the seat is pushed forward, there is no back cushion. For apartment and balcony furniture, only 2 pillows for chairs. Unfortunately the use of the balcony is overshadowed by the noise of the motorway and state road in the valley. There are no problems with closed windows, you can hardly hear anything in the apartment.

Ski holidays for the whole family in a great apartment

The position is objectively "tactical" to reach many of the most famous places: Castelrotto (10 minutes by car), Ortisei, Compaccio, Marinzen, Bressanone, Merano, Lake Fie, etc. The family management is polite, helpful and very discreet. The apartments are new and clean. Common areas are well maintained (great for families: games, jumping, slide, swing, etc.). It's nice to be able to order bread in the morning (since, as already mentioned, everything can only be reached by car).
The view is good, but what "ruins" the landscape a little is the highway just below (seen from the apartments on the top floor). Not a good sight ... Even if the double glazing insulates well at an acoustic level. Another "minus" is the location: you need to take a car for any movement, it is impossible to walk under the house even for a short walk, since the object is located several tens of meters from the state road ...

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment on a hillside above the Eisack Valley.
Nice, spacious and comfortable apartment in the Kristelehof area. The house has three more holiday apartments and a family apartment. You can park your car conveniently and securely on the ground floor. This is a family home on the grounds of their fruit farm. The house is located on a hillside a short drive from Castelrotto. The family is very nice, always available and you can learn a lot about the area and modern fruit growing. Overall the house was very quiet, even if it needs to be fully booked, I don't expect it to be very noisy. The apartment itself was very well equipped, we found everything we needed for a weeklong vacation including self catering. There was everything for cooking for two, two stoves, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, and ample crockery. Each apartment has a balcony with a table and 2 chairs, which we can also use for meals. The living / dining area with kitchenette is very spacious with a sofa and dining table. The bedroom was functional wood with comfortable beds (for us). The internal bathroom is also very modern with a switchable range hood and all amenities. The apartment was very clean and looked almost new. I would also like to note the bread service! So every morning we had fresh rolls for breakfast. The location is above the road leading from the Eisac Valley to Castelrotto, so it is a good starting point for tours, hikes, etc. You can get to the valley relatively quickly or, for example, to the Alpe di Siusi or Val Gardena. For those who are sensitive to noise: I perceived the Brenner Autobahn in the depths of the valley as a light continuous rustle and did not bother us. Depending on the traffic (and the apartment), especially in the morning, the balcony (or with open windows) on the street downstairs might get a little louder, so we put up with that.

I am staying in a beautiful area, but I would have liked a few more amenities.
The apartment was clean, the bathroom was comfortable and the shower was large and comfortable. The property is located in a green and quiet area.
The building is located in a somewhat isolated place, which is even inconvenient to get to. The apartment is designed for 3/4 people, but there are actually 2 sleeping places: it is almost impossible to sleep on a sofa bed allocated for a third person. Moreover, even in a double bed, the pillows are really uncomfortable. The washing machine that is provided as available at the time of booking is not actually available, but the owner said she was willing to wash our clothes ... this does not seem acceptable to me ... having a washing machine in stock is absolutely necessary, or, according to at least this should have been clarified at the time of booking.

Lack of hoods in the kitchen. This did not bother us because during our stay (September) the weather was good and we could cook with open balconies. I don’t know in winter ...

We got to know South Tyrol from its most beautiful side.
Great views from the balcony in sunlight until late in the evening. Very nice host and easy check-in and check-out. 15 minutes by car to Kastelruth and Seiseralm, close to Bosen and Clausen.

Very good owners, cleanliness in the room, everything is very simple! After Castelrotto 10-15 minutes maximum, quiet place. Blooming plants and a beautiful hillside courtyard, a shady spot in the garage for a car. The last schnapps in the house is a keepsake! Will come again any time. Warm garage. plus if you go for a drive .. the garage is a great bonus .. it's a boot dryer. Relaxing holiday with children
The kindness and availability of the owner. Exceptional cleanliness in the apartment, never seen before !! Apples straight from the village on the table and everything is modern, such as underfloor heating and automatic blinds. We appreciated the possibility of using a garage for a car, given the frost and games such as soccer, trampoline, slide and swing.
I declare that the structure is ideal, but for our personal needs I only compile these reports. It is always necessary to get around by car, because it turns out to be on a sharp bend on the road to Castelrotto, which offers a beautiful view of the valley, but we are talking about the A22 valley and the state road. The road to Castelrotto takes less than 10 minutes by car, but it is not very practical for visiting the destinations we have chosen for ourselves (Ortisei, Bressanone, Bolzano, Merano), all at least an hour away by road, however, with traffic. from work in progress. Since the apartment is two-room, the size of the apartment is somewhat "correct" if it accommodates 4 people. Even with two children like us, the sofa bed in the room was open, there was not enough space. I also inform you that basic appliances are used as accessories in the kitchen, there is no oven, the hob is induction. We found a sponge, but not tea towels, dishwashing liquid or napkins. There is no seasoning. Present a dishwasher with two suggested tablets. It is clear that in Castelrotto you will find everything you need. Another piece of information I haven't read is that there is no hairdryer, but the owner has kindly lent it to me.
