Genuine friendliness!
The place is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. The spacious apartment may need some modernization! There is a supermarket within walking distance. A strategic point to visit various places, less than 20 minutes from the Frasassi caves and 25. is the kindness and courtesy of Mr. Giancarlo. The owner is always in touch and ready to satisfy requests!

Between sea and mountains
The best price / quality ratio! A strategic position between the sea and the hills, especially for those who like a dynamic vacation and a little adventure. Located 45 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Conero and / or Senigallia and 20 minutes from the Frasassi caves in the quiet hills of the Marche with good 4G signal. The hospitality was polite and discreet, the sweet grapes and excellent podrotti wine offered by the very kind and helpful host were very much appreciated. The apartment has already been found clean, but for such demanding people like us, we had everything they needed to sanctify it to the fullest! Refrigerator with freezer, economical stove and gas boiler, TV with remote control is present and working, always hot water (and we have 5 people in the family, including 4 women!), Very comfortable beds and a sofa bed (even if a little outdated) ... There is no air conditioning here, but by leaving the windows open (and remember to close them before leaving the house!) And treat ourselves to the friendly Maestrale, we slept really well! Finally, sheets are provided, but not towels, and I would suggest providing guests with a more practical mop rather than a brush and rag for cleaning!

It was a breath of freshness, a wonderful break from the noisy and hectic life of the city.
The owner Mr Giancarlo is a very kind person, very friendly, generous and helpful. It made us feel so good. The whole Sant'Anna farm is a beautiful and charming place, green hills with vineyards and olive groves, a castle with churches and a bell tower, more distant mountains, sunrise and sunset in the middle of nature, and at night a wonderful show of stars, which can be seen a lot, does not look like the way in the city there are stripes of sky between the condominium and the other. The fruits and vegetables grown here are really tasty, they are nourished only by water and sun.

La naturala is a really beautiful place to enjoy
Maybe the wifi issue is due to the lack of wifi, but if you're going to disconnect this is the perfect place !!!
