Spartan environment. Rooms not clean, not heated. Bathroom cold and without water pressure. We asked for a stove to heat the room, it seemed like we had asked for who knows what. Not worth the price. An attic used as an attic. Obscenely painted walls .

Three days at Delicia Ludum
The house was quite spacious: it had a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. It seemed to me very original and hospitable with its colorful walls and hanging poems.
The apartment is on the top floor of the building and the stairs to get there seem very unsafe and dangerous, plus they weren't the best with a suitcase. On the first day we took a cold shower, then luckily the owner solved the problem. The kitchen area was a little old and worked with a top hat, on the other hand the owner left some snacks for the guests. The house was a bit far from the places in Val d'Orcia that we wanted to visit.

3rd floor without elevator with rickety wooden stairs and dark descent. Woodworms in business all day. Not enough hot water (very small water heater)

Nice apartment with everything you need
Nice atmosphere, apartment with everything you need right in the center. Nice kitchen, nice bed, clean bathroom. The owner has already laid out basic items in the kitchen, including breakfast!
The boiler was empty after a few minutes. So don't (don't want to) shower too long

An apartment in the attic, on the roof, even if it is located in Castel del Piano (more than 600 m above sea level), cannot but have air conditioning. In summer it is necessary, especially in a paid structure.

Disappointing
The apartment is beautiful, very new age (hands and marks on the walls, inscriptions, shapes, etc.), in the center.
The attic itself is already dark, which means if the light in the kitchen does not work .... I do not need to ask for a hairdryer after the first shower and discover its absence: it should be in the bathroom. The bathroom must have all the wall tiles, it cannot be replaced with a sheet of paper. Breakfast can be improved and enriched (it is better if the cookie is not expired).

Exceptional
I found the apartment very beautiful and, above all, well maintained. It also had everything needed in the house, including breakfast items. If I return to Castel del Piano in the future, I will definitely know where to go.

Everything, especially the romantic atmosphere made of candles, incense, soft light and attention to detail, is suitable for every occasion!
