Excellent accommodation.
Good location, crossing the bridge over the Po in a few minutes you arrive in the central area. Spacious apartment, very large bedroom, super-equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, gas, coffee maker, crockery, etc., nothing was missing. Compared to some time ago, breakfast is no longer provided. Apartment in a basement, parking spaces outside in front of the house.

Perfect stay.
Ideal accommodation right in the center. Very pleasant and helpful host. Our bikes were safe in the garage. Breakfast with homemade cakes. Would book there again anytime.

Excellent base for a short stay
I can of course negate some of the previous negative reviews, I stayed with my family for one night and we all found the apartment to be very good! Definitely excellent value for money. Almost nothing was lost, despite the heat of that period, there were more than enough fans supplied, as well as what was available for breakfast. Maybe something could be improved, but for the asking price (more than fair) you can't complain!
A bit noisy due to traffic. You will need a thick curtain on the bedroom window, even if there is not much light transmitted.

Disappointing
The kitchen is enough for yourself. Actually not bad for the conditions there.
- Location: backyard; -Access: down moldy stairs; -Very noisy (traffic: almost unbearable, house water can be heard clearly, walls very poorly soundproofed), -Rooms: visible from the outside (through two skylights), -Beds/mattresses: instrument of torture; -Insulation: as soon as it gets warm outside, you digest inside; -Shower/toilet: tiny, you have to somehow squeeze in; -TV: ancient box. A backyard bar that misuses its UNESCO-protected name for promotional purposes. In fact, you should still get the money you left there. Not the slightest recreational value, quite the contrary. I would never stay there again!!!

Nothing special. Apartment on the ground floor as described. Very kind host who agreed to give me the keys at a convenient time for me. Easy free parking in the area. As an apartment, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook something, and a fridge freezer is handy if needed.
An apartment with poor soundproofing (it is located on a provincial road and next to a ramp that may lead to a garage). Not very comfortable bed (but that's subjective). I understand landscaping, but all the lanterns and flower balls hanging almost everywhere oblige you to slalom if you're over 1.70m. I don't know for what technical problem, but there was no hot water. Taking cold showers isn't exactly ideal. In addition, the plastic shower stall was very tasty and didn't close well. Bad breakfast. I didn't expect a rich buffet, but a minimum of variety wouldn't spoil it. Below is everything on offer: carré, coffee pods (3), tea bags, bags of jam and cocoa cream, partially skimmed milk, fruit juice, slices. End.

Functional for a short stay.
The owner is punctual at the appointed time for handing over the keys. Breakfast based on packaged products, but on the other hand very plentiful. Parking in front of the structure, even if not guaranteed.
All mosquito nets must have frames to be truly effective. Although the owner provided us with a replacement table fan, I wish the ceiling fan had been refurbished as it is much more comfortable. Wifi stopped working after a few hours

The apartment is close to the center, very comfortable and with everything you need, parking in front of the entrance is also convenient and the owner was very helpful!

The property is located on a very noisy main road. The accommodation was very poorly cleaned. The windows don't close properly and it looks like a freeway.

A charming little apartment on the banks of the Po River, with all comforts and good service. There is a large supermarket within walking distance. The center is about ten minutes.
