The host speaks some poor English (and we no Italian), but they do their best to explain everything well (and that works fine). The villa itself is comfortable, but we were unlucky that we had quite a lot of rain during the May holiday. As a result, we were more dependent on the inside, while this villa offers a lot of comfort outside. The canopy around the villa is great and offers a lot of protection from the sun. The pool is really big and also has a hot tub. There is a table football which we have used a lot. There is also a brand new outdoor BBQ. The garden around the villa is beautifully landscaped. The villa is located in a quiet place and offers a lot of privacy.
They still have to dot the i's and cross the i's on a number of issues. For example, the available pans are a mishmash of various types. A pit of the gas stove did not work. In some places in the villa, the stucco is peeling off the walls. Many lamps were broken. In short, it is a nice stay that has recently been renovated, but the owner still has to tackle the last things to really make it a top location.
