Room cleaning
Old structure, unfriendly staff, small and "dated" room. Three stars on paper, bad in reality. Solid breakfast but not quality.

Great location, close to Capoliveri and Portoazurro, 100m from the beach and around the island. The owners of the structure are very kind and always available, the room is a bit small but very clean and a rich breakfast with fresh croissants. Hot water is constantly running in the bathroom (I happened to stay in 4* structures and more only to find that the drain in the shower was clogged or there was not enough hot water) passed with honor👌
The only drawback, the parking spaces, despite being free inside the structure, are a little cramped ... but if you don't have large SUVs, with a couple of maneuvers there will be no problem, you will park safely.

Nice hotel in a good location, close to the beach and a short drive from the center.
The hotel is in a good location, a few meters from the sandy beach and close to other tourist centers. Quite a large room. Comfortable double bed. Towels were changed daily. Free parking in the building. Friendly and helpful staff. Really good breakfast, rich and varied, both savory and sweet: great rolls.
The location of the room is not very sunny, with a slight smell of "closed". Bathroom with small shutters that could not be fully opened.

Overall I am satisfied with my stay at this hotel
Very good breakfast, great coffee. Varied and plentiful cakes and croissants; decent savory breakfast with excellent raw ham. Fruits and grains are available, as well as barley, tea and juice. I would say complete
Some of the staff were a little harsh in their responses. Parking is not always easy.

Excellent value for money and quality. a stone's throw from the beach. very quiet area
they didn’t know they were allowed a cash transaction when booking !!! despite the fact that I submitted a document confirming the payment made 15 days earlier through the site, I had to pay a second time. I then received a refund for the booking following my report. perhaps that was enough to be convinced of this at once.

The kindness of the lady at the reception and the waitress in the restaurant. Good food both for breakfast and dinner. The location is also good, very close to the sea.

I advised!
Small room, especially the bathroom, but great cleanliness. Great location, beautiful inner garden overlooking our terrace. The furniture is not up to date, but everything is in a very tidy condition. Refrigerator in the room. The staff is very kind! We recommend staying.

there was a problem where I don't know whether to charge the structure or the booking: the booking states that there are no costs for umbrellas and sun loungers in September, but I was still charged for a "misunderstanding" between the structure and the booking. Who is right?

We spent a wonderful week at the hotel dedicated to relaxation and tranquility. The location is surrounded by greenery, in an excellent location, a stone's throw from the sea. Excellent food with a varied menu for every dinner, with generous portions and a wide selection of buffet snacks. We were completely satisfied with the breakfast. The owners Mario and Lucia pampered us and made us feel at home. A holiday to wear in your heart and repeat! We will definitely be back!
The en-suite bathroom is a bit cramped and narrow, but still comfortable.
