Apartment next to the beach

spectacular town 1 hour from Venice
great location great mattresses Clean house Alejandro the landlord us. he attended wonderfully well
parking good Px we went in low season If you go in high season you have to park at the pcio del pueblo walking 15 min the house is old. but if you're not worried about how we are, it's great Px is perfectly located

The location is amazing!
The location is amazing. Communication with the host was via email, always quick and pleasant responses. Got good parking tips even if the apartment doesn't have a parking space - the walk from the parking lot was a bit far but the location makes up for it.
There are some cutlery and glasses available. A washing machine would be great for a family. The layout of the rooms is breathtaking (e.g. a very small kitchen, one of the beds in a kind of central room that connects all the rooms), as well as the location of the apartment in the building.

Nice weekend in Caorle.
Apartment located by the beach, in the center of Caorle. Very clean. There was no shortage of equipment. Very good contact with the owner. Efficient and simple check-in. We recommend it 100%

Great place to stay in Italy!
Handing over the keys is especially flexible and easy thanks to the key box. The host Alex was quickly available for questions and concerns, he was very pleasant and helpful. Caorle is a great place to travel, the location of the apartment was great. We also spent a lot of time on the balcony terrace.
Next time we would prefer to come in the off season. There were a lot of people from 8 to 10 pm.

Difficulty parking the car. WIFI was unavailable late in the evening until the morning.

Comfortable apartment by the sea
great location, very close to the center and by the sea. Simple but very clean and with every comfort. Cozy terrace. Simple kitchen but we always ate out. Fast and friendly communication. recommended!

The apartment is comfortable, clean and with a very good location both in the city center and on the beach. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. The private terrace was a nice surprise, great for lunch or relaxing. The owner was immediately available to answer and accommodate our requests.
We would have preferred mocha for coffee.

Clean and great location
Very clean. Every corner is optimally used with storage space and cabinets. The apartment is very well equipped. The location can hardly be beaten. Right in the center, right by the sea and still quiet.
thin walls. If there are neighbors in the next apartment, you can hear every word. You must park in the Aquafolie. You can stop at the apartment only for loading and unloading.

We spent 4 nights in Caorle.
The accommodation is excellent. Everything is clean and tidy. The central location is ideal. You are immediately on the waterfront or in the old town. The owner cares a lot about his guests, is service oriented and always responds quickly. We felt very comfortable and will definitely return.

With pleasure again. For us, especially out of season, because the old town is beautiful.
The location if you want to visit Caorle especially in the old town is the best you could ask for. You are right in action as you exit the apartment (which is somewhat tucked away in an apartment building). In addition, you can see the sea immediately after leaving. The apartment was very clean and the bathroom and bedroom were very spacious.
The hot water boiler is a bit small but doable and super sufficient for 2 people.

Fantastic location, even if we had a courtyard view, just walk out the door of the residence which is right on the sea front.

Perfect accommodation for those who want to have everything within reach
The accommodation was nice and clean, right near the city center, but also close to the beach. The terrace and small balcony facing the atrium were very practical. There is a pleasant cafe/bistro, an ice cream parlor and several restaurants directly below the accommodation, groceries are a few meters from the accommodation. Everything you need is located very close to the apartment. Communication with the host (Alex) was perfect, he always sent clear and understandable instructions, was available and responded immediately if needed.
There are several stairs leading to the accommodation, which in our case with two children and a baby carriage, was not always very convenient. It is not possible to park directly at the accommodation, but this information was known in advance, so it is not the fault of the accommodation/host, you just need to be aware of it (the car must be parked further away from the accommodation in large-capacity parking lots). There is a high staircase in the apartment (between the bedroom and the corridor/bathroom), it was not completely safe for a small child (1 year old), but in this case it is also not a fault of the accommodation that we would not know about, because it can be seen in the photos of the apartment .

Super nice host. Incredibly friendly and responsive. Everything is explained video - really great!
The location couldn't be better. Right by the sea and in the city. The apartment has super excellent equipment. Everything you need is there. Very nice and brand new.
The car park is about 10 minutes' walk away. But it's not a problem. There are stairs without a lift. Even that's not a problem if you know.

Nice apartment, but too expensive for the price because we already went in the off season!
The apartment was well furnished and its location was very good, towards the sea and the center of the village, but the complex of buildings in which the apartment is located makes a bad impression, i.e. until you pass the apartment, you will pass through nooks and crannies. through a building in need of renovation! The owner was always available and as I said, the location is very, very good! The apartment is lovingly furnished and has everything for cooking!
As mentioned above, the complex of buildings in which the apartment is located is not very attractive. Unfortunately, the balcony door could not be locked, and when we left the apartment, we could not lock the front door, but the owner promised to take care of it immediately.

modern and well equipped apartments right by the sea
everything is super! communication with Alex was not difficult, all the information about registration, key transfer, etc. was hassle-free and above all very friendly! The apartment is located in the very center of the old town of Caorle, everything you need for life (supermarket, bakery, fried squid and ice cream :)) is in the immediate vicinity and can be easily reached on foot. But the best thing is the direct location by the sea, the beach and the promenade are almost on the doorstep. The rest of the apartment is well equipped (the little Nespresso machine saved me a lot of the morning until I ran out of filter coffee!) Everything is very new and modern. The terrace overlooking the courtyard is also very beautiful, so you can eat outside (always in the shade), which is very nice. all in all a great place to stay!
actually nothing, I missed the maximum cheese grater :)

Great location, nice host
The location was super central, right in the old town yet by the sea. Communication with Alex was easy (in German) and he could give a lot of advice on free parking and food.
