Not value for money, otherwise great location
very nice staff, excellent breakfast with lots of choice and everything was very fresh, wellness area and swimming pool were also very nice! walk to the gondola in just 5 minutes!
the rooms were ok but not appropriate for the price. the beds were quite worn out, it felt more like a medium-sized pension.

The pool is worth the trip
The wellness area, the indoor pool with panoramic windows and the whirlpool on the terrace overlooking the Sassolungo alone are worth the stay. The hotel is well cared for in the common areas. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The private parking is very convenient, with the possibility of choosing between covered space and garage. Varied breakfast and with the possibility of ordering hot dishes made to order (eggs, omelettes, crepes...). We were three adults and for convenience we chose the family room which we found very spacious (basically a mini apartment) with lots of place to store clothes and objects and a terrace which can be reached both from the living area (where there is a single bed) and from the double room. Good size bathroom.
Nothing that spoils the stay, but some details in the bathroom of the family room are, in my opinion, not up to a 4-star rating (a little rust in the radiator and in the toilet bag dispenser, the mirror cabinet a bit ruined, the minimal shower head). A heated towel rail where you can dry your bathrobes would also be useful

Welcoming and well-maintained structure in a strategic location with free parking. Super breakfast buffet, plentiful and with a wide and rich selection. The wellness area is very good, with a spa area with saunas and a Turkish bath, as well as a relaxation area with a large indoor pool surrounded by windows and an outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the landscape. Comfortable, cozy and quiet room. Friendly, welcoming and very helpful staff.

I liked it immensely!
Very good breakfast, extensive. Close to ski lift, maximum 200 meters walk. The staff were very friendly. Nice swimming pool, saunas are very nice after a day of walking. We had our own bathrobe and slippers, we got a fresh towel for the sauna every day by the pool itself. There is a garage to accommodate a car.
Musty smell upon entering the room. There is nothing more to note.

The spa is great and you can relax well. Hearty breakfast 😀
The room was good except for the bathroom which shows its age and some signs of wear. But everything worked and was clean!

I found peace of mind after a period of intense stress.
Great breakfast and great service from the staff.
I would improve the front door to the spa as it is noisy if the guests relax on the wonderful waterbeds.

Having a reception desk in the changing room which didn't satisfy us for the price we spent and the breakfast.
The outdoor pool is a bit disappointing compared to the photos.

Exceptional location and atmosphere, look out for the bikes available. Well maintained wellness center. Excellent cleanliness and helpful staff.
I would like to point out that the coffee machine, in our opinion, does not handle this well, or at any rate to a medium-low standard for a 4 star hotel. However, the kindness of the staff allowed us to get a good cappuccino from the in-house bar, for which we can only thank. I would also like to improve the quality of the mattresses.

If you want to be choosy, it would be nice to open the outdoor jacuzzi even in the evening ...

3 stars that charge like 4 stars
Old house, the photos on the site do not correspond to reality. Noisy rooms, breakfast, although nothing was missing, but not up to 4 stars...fruits were mostly canned. Wardrobe in the room without shelves and poor lighting. Polite, friendly staff, but for example our room was given to another couple while we were in the room, a mistake at the front desk.

1 week in Alba di Canazei
The location is great as it is secluded from the center of Canazei but can be reached on foot in 15 minutes along the stream. Rooms are spacious and recently refurbished. Good breakfast and attention to detail. The staff from the property to the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Outdoor pool and jacuzzi.

White week dedicated to pleasure and well-being
An all-round dream in the beautiful landscapes of Trentino Canazei. A special atmosphere, a wonderful spa with hydromassage located in the mountains surrounded by characteristic buildings and a small church that looks like a fairy tale. A beautiful pool surrounded by glass windows, two lovely saunas, a Turkish bath and a relaxation room with water beds and a massage chair complete a relaxation haven hard to find. Valerie, Luciano and Sibylla seem to welcome you to their luxurious home when you arrive, instead of waiting for you as a customer. Michele awaits you every evening with his professionalism and attention to delicious aperitifs and small dinners with many great bottles.

The best wellness hotel for the perfect ski holiday
Central, quiet location in Alba, just 300m from the ski lift, good restaurants nearby. Great view from the pool to Sassolungo and the Marmolada Massif Wellness Competent and friendly staff

Great location + spa
The hotel is just 200/300 meters from the Col dei Rossi gondola lift. Ideal for skiers. Great breakfast and a really great spa. After a day of skiing, relaxation in the spa is guaranteed. I can recommend the hotel without any problem and will book again anytime.

Cozy structure, very friendly staff and a great spa!
The water in the large pool is a bit chilly and unfortunately there is no lunch or dinner options in the hotel, but there is a very good restaurant and pizzeria right in front of the hotel with typical cuisine!

Very disappointed unfortunately
Spa in the hotel is very good, cleanliness is excellent, breakfast is also good.
I was a little disappointed as I was expecting more after booking a suite with a balcony view at this 4 star hotel and to be honest the view left a lot to be desired, in the photos I posted you can see the view I had. .. it's clear that the bad weather didn't help... Another thing that confused me was that when I checked out, they didn't ask me if I wanted to pay with the card I booked with or other methods or other cards, yes the amount was already deducted from the card, this is the first time this happened to me, usually I was always asked, in fact, I would prefer to pay through an ATM. The room was cold on arrival because the window was open, when I told the front desk they gave me the water heater to fix it, then the heating would start but we didn't know what time ... we let it run." hot water to take a shower but after a while it was barely warm, after we were in the spa there was hot water but once we arrived it was unthinkable to take a shower...i'm sorry to admit it but after that I won't be returning the experience.

Varied and plentiful breakfast, very thorough cleaning, great location to visit Canazei, beautiful walks and bike rides in the middle of nature, beautiful pool.

Stay in Canazei!
The kindness and helpfulness of the guy (Michele) at the front desk, cleaning the room and bathroom, well kept and well stocked aperitif area as soon as you walk in, the outdoor jacuzzis are superb!
Unfortunately the room was too small with a low roof in some places and without a balcony I felt a bit "out of breath", there was no fridge in the room (at least the water could be changed during the week), the spa is only available in the afternoon, herbal teas in the spa should only be drunk at the reception and I think it's not very relaxing, the water temperature in the main pool of the spa was a bit chilly! I was a little disappointed with the additional charge for having a dog, as the hotel allows dogs, I thought that the price of the room already included the presence of a dog... at least it should be clearly stated at the time of booking!

The duplex suites are beautiful and functional. A varied breakfast of excellent quality with a well-organized buffet.
We would be grateful for additional information at the front desk during check-in, such as an indication of the garage at the back of the building, the possibility of renting e-bikes and a map of possible excursions in the area (lifts, etc.). A little attention that makes the guest feel welcome and gives them the opportunity to better organize their days.

Good hotel
Nice structure with attention to decoration, very nice room with kettle, chocolate on pillow and spa kit (including slippers) (fantastic hammam and saunas). Friendly and helpful staff. The underground parking is very convenient (there is also a place in front of it). We stayed one night and in the evening had dinner in a typical restaurant 30 meters from the hotel.
Change your hair dryer pipe !!!!! Too outdated and uncomfortable for long-haired !!! Indoor pool and jacuzzi water is too warm. Nice breakfast but we expected more from a 4 star hotel

Highest quality value for money. The spa, pool and outdoor jacuzzi make this hotel a great place for those looking to unwind. In addition, the receptionist speaks English and necessarily Italian!
There is no restaurant, however we were advised to find a real little wonder 200 meters from the hotel on the river.

Week to repeat
The breakfast is excellent, the spa is very good, the location is convenient and in a sparsely populated village.
The hotel only serves breakfast and there are no cheap places to eat in the area. However, all of the nearby restaurants are excellent, and despite the slightly high prices, you can eat in abundance and quality. If you are staying for several days, the price of dinner has little effect on the value of your stay.

Cozy hotel, spacious double room, clean rooms, good breakfast with a variety of snacks and sweets. Parking is available both in front of the hotel and inside. Free use of bicycles / mountain bikes. Excellent spa area with large indoor pool, outdoor hot tub with stunning views of the Dolomites, sauna and relaxation area and massage chair. The staff are always polite and helpful.

Always very kind staff, breakfast is nothing special on average, but it's varied every day (great scrambled eggs). The spa is very well run and equipped, the room may be small but this is just a small note.
I didn't like the confusion created by the kids in the spa, led by the owner's little son, between the screaming pool dives and the outdoor jacuzzi used as the pool.

Dolomites trekking week
The breakfast was very good for Italian standards. Not comparable to wellness hotels in Tyrol or South Tyrol. The swimming pool and wellness area are very good, they were renovated in 2018. However, for a sauna, there must be more than one towel for each guest! The hotel is in a great location - a 5-minute walk from the gondola lifts or next to the bus station.

Of course, neighbors are well bugged in such chalets. When we stopped by, I was surprised by the cleanliness of the room. With daily cleaning, there was no more thoroughness and it was strange that the kitchen was not cleaned at all, only the garbage was taken out and the floors were washed))). I didn't manage to go to the spa, I got sick.

Very nice rooms, also equipped with a small kitchen. What we liked the most was the opportunity to soak up the steaming outdoor Jacuzzi with stunning mountain views. The saunas and pool were also great times to relax after a day of skiing.

The hotel is located in an excellent area (about 100 meters from the Alba Champac chair lift), the rooms are beautiful and very clean. Of course, what I liked the most about the hotel was the wellness center. There are two swimming pools (one outside - heated and one inside), two saunas and a relaxation room. The staff are very friendly and polite.
