Escape from the city to a magical land…
Delightful, welcoming and well-renovated apartment in order to use every useful space. Federica welcomed us with warmth and availability.
I think you can improve the quality - price ratio by also providing a breakfast. The possibility of doing it in the bar in the square would be nice. We thought we'd also find soaps for the shower, instead there was only one for the hands. These are trifles that would make customers even more satisfied.

village that takes you back in time...
splendid apartment in the center of the characteristic Calcata, the room on the mezzanine may seem uncomfortable at first glance but you sleep looking at the stars. A note of thanks to Federica who supported and welcomed us with kindness and sympathy.
one could think of an agreement with the beautiful bar behind the square where you can have breakfast on a panoramic terrace overlooking the Treja valley

The suite is really very nice and particular, practically located in the central square a few meters from the restaurant managed by the owners themselves, from whom we were greeted with cordiality and availability. Highly recommended 💯☺️

Ideal for cyclists and more.
It is located in the heart of Calcata. In our opinion, a more fascinating village than Civita di Bagnoregio. The owner is very accommodating and the same goes for those who helped us arrange the bikes and hand over the keys.
In our opinion, the apartment has too much furniture and knick-knacks that become a receptacle for dust. Which on the plans, in fact, was enough. The bathroom on the first floor and the bedroom in the narrow attic with a very steep staircase as a connection are not suitable for everyone. We are in Kalkata, so the structure must be accepted. But flooding furniture is a choice. And that makes placement uncomfortable.

great location, very nice staff, warm decor
small sink, uncomfortable bidet taps. several coffee capsules. inaccessible TV programs and voice-only passwords.

Convenient for a quick visit.
Clean, comfortable, because in the center,
the apartment has been recently renovated, which I disagree with, it has nothing to do with the medieval village, like many houses around it, rebuilt in a beautiful way, partly taking away the charm of the place. Uncomfortable bed upstairs, impossible for very tall people. the apartment is very cold, it is heated by electric heaters, which, when turned on together, make a life buoy. There is an opportunity to heat water, but there is not even a tea bag.

We spent a fantastic evening in this fabulous apartment.
As a vacation home, this bed and breakfast does not provide a full hot breakfast (in the sense of a continental breakfast with eggs or croissants). Despite the excellent selection of teas, coffees and fruit juices, they met our needs to a great extent.
Our hosts very patiently explained to us how to get to the apartment when we contacted them to ask for an explanation regarding the information sent to us by email. However, I would recommend rewriting them to make them a little clearer. For example, we were able to park safely in an open parking lot, but we carried our luggage on foot to the apartment, which was not easy at all. Instead, they could be driven to the pedestrian zone by car, and then returned and parked comfortably.
