Nice clean rooms - breakfast could be improved
Access to the property including the parking spaces make a very good impression. The rooms have an attractive size and are very clean. Depositing the keys in the key box provided for this purpose is a top solution, with which no key problems can arise.
The breakfast can be improved. 2 slices of cheese/salami in a disposable plastic box is no longer up to date. There are other ways to do this. At 3 breakfasts, the coffee machine didn't work twice. Unfortunately one could understand the negative comments of the staff as a German.

Very nicely done and very well maintained. Perfect for paragliders as it is within walking distance to the landing field.
There is an old and a new part. As is always the case, the old part is not as nice as the new one. But all in all a very nice residential complex with very friendly and helpful staff.

Very beautiful
We only stayed one night, Gonda and Guiliano, unfortunately we couldn't have breakfast as we had to leave early. It was a very nice apartment, well equipped and very clean. Great organization, even if we didn't have a personal contact, everything worked fantastically via whatsapp Thank you!

Quiet place on the outskirts of Grappa
Quiet place on the outskirts. Closed yard with enough parking spaces. Generous property. Excellent communication prior to arrival. Quick availability.

Cozy and familiar
Cozy and familiar place. The family that owns it were very helpful and we got to stay another night after some juggling. Great breakfast. Safe with the car inside gates. Smooth communication and collection of keys.

New structure in a great location
New and well maintained structure. Excellent location for exploring the area. Adequate space.
Cleaning could be improved a little. We didn't sweep the floor.

Comfort just a few minutes from Bassano del Grappa.
We found the structure to be well organized with regards to check in and check out (I personally found the codes and key boxes fun). The apartment is spacious, clean, with dishes and air conditioning. We were able to use a table on the veranda and the well maintained garden was also nice. The parking lot is very convenient. The staff encountered during breakfast were very polite and helpful. The place deserves more than one night.

At the foot of the Alps...
The apartment is on the first floor, large, with a beautiful view (mine is facing east), simple but beautiful and functional furniture. Having a sofa is a pleasure, allowing you to relax when you need it. Clean and with a small kitchen. There is also a balcony which is nice at this time of the year. Comfortable bed. Definitely a pleasant stay.
In general, everything is ok, the kitchen lacks a small oven, which can be strategic. There are no shutters, the blinds are glass and not very effective, this can be a problem for those who are used to the dark, but the view between the plains and the prealps is certainly pleasant.

Everything you need for a summer holiday
The room was beautifully decorated and we felt comfortable. Online check-in is up to date and with the key safe you can get the keys and therefore the number at any time.

Ideal studio for paragliders.
The place is ideal for paragliders. The large outdoor area with barbecue and furniture is nice too. The friendliness of the owner is wonderful. PIN key boxes are great on arrival and when two travelers are doing different things.
Over the past two nights, guests have been noisily having fun above our apartment until late at night. It was very inconvenient. Very sorry.

As expected, very positive.
Quiet, sunny terrace and in general a very quiet place. Perfect service for late check-in. Very friendly people.
While this is very rarely standard, it would be great to have a basic supply of some groceries on arrival that you can refill as a guest on departure. This would have made it easier for the first breakfast (not booked).

Great location, close to paragliding landing site, dog friendly, great facilities, covered parking. We recommend :)
Luckily I had my own cutting board for cooking :) Other than that, nothing to complain about.

Staff matters (positively!)
Gonda and Giuliano are two exquisite people who did everything to meet my needs: despite a little rain, thanks to their availability I was able to use the barbecue. The rest of the apartment, though small, is clean, comfortable and suits my needs.
A small improvement could have been a small oven for the kitchen as there was none.

Nice, clean and centrally located accommodation
Very nice studio with a kitchen and a large terrace. Not very big, but quite adequate and well equipped. Comfortable beds, ample storage space and modern equipment. The covered parking spaces in the lockable courtyard are also very pleasant. Very accommodating landlords, good location to Paradiso airfield, restaurants within walking distance, what more could you want.

The tranquility of the place and its beauty, clean and comfortable apartment. The sympathy and availability of Mrs. Gonda and Mr. Giuliano are all around. A place to come back for sure.

Like at home !!!
excellent starting point for walking, cycling, close to the center with shops and a restaurant/pizzeria within walking distance. Very cosy, well equipped, clean modern apartment with a large garden and a large free parking dedicated to guests and a BBQ fireplace. The owners are very available for any information and to fulfill any request. We stayed with a well received small dog which is definitely worth a visit.

Very relaxing and comfortable stay
The family has great hospitality and helpfulness. The house stands in a very beautiful complex with ample parking and sunbathing areas, as well as a barbecue area.

Luxury! Spotlessly clean. The apartment that I would like to become tomorrow is like my home! Gorgeous!
Ideal for paragliders and athletes. For example me! Besides ... the place is really super comfortable. Very clean. Completely new. Brilliant. Technological. Large spaces. This is a luxury. Even heated floors in the bathroom. What more could you want !!!
There would be no breakfast ... but what is it !!! There are a lot of bars a few hundred meters away! So there is nothing that I didn't like! I confirm that, despite the fact that everything was in the apartment, I personally don't even want to make coffee !!!

Good location, friendly hosts, clean and quiet.
Very good location, close to the paraglider landing site - quiet except for the church bells. The owners have assured that a wall box will be installed to charge the electric vehicles.

Very good
Very clean apartment and barbecue in a beautiful garden. We were a few days and were always there, so we didn't cook, but everything seemed to be equipped. A place where pets are allowed, such as a restaurant next to the ancient abbey where we ate (delicious food and very fast service)
The only thing missing is a mosquito net on the windows. Sleeping with the window open at night means feeling a little chilly for someone like me with back pain and air conditioning problems would be great.

Very nice and clean apartment with everything you need and a beautiful well-kept garden where you can lie down and relax on the sun loungers under the numerous olive trees. All apartments on the ground floor have a cozy seating area with a table and an umbrella for us to eat outside. Gonda and Giuliano are very friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful.

It is very quiet at night, there are no cars, the barking of a dog is very rare in the distance. The bell tower next to the Catholic parish church (Igreja Paroquial de São Severo) has a special bell melody.
The shower is a bit small for tall, well-built people.

Astonishing
Everything is very beautiful, impeccable cleanliness. Well kept garden too. Convenient indoor parking inside the building. Quiet area at the foot of Monte Grappa. "My" apartment was on the ground floor (Monte Grappa). Attic, very beautiful, bright, spacious, with everything you need, very functional and simply furnished, but tasteful. The coincidence of all these qualities is not so obvious. I was met by her daughter Stephanie, sweet, cheerful, very kind and sympathetic. I passed (2 nights) but I hope to return to your part soon and stay longer to be able to fully enjoy your fabulous B&B! Congratulations and hope ... see you soon.

Quiet area, not far from the start of numerous trails (important for us, as we love the mountains). The building is completely new, clean, equipped with everything. The owner also welcomed our dog very well.
