Cozy and comfortable
The apartment is conveniently located near one of the most beautiful areas of Bolzano, Gries. It is well served by public transport, is spacious and bright. The beds are just comfortable, the shower large and the heating works well in all rooms. There are approximately ten steps up to the apartment, so it is not suitable for disabled guests.

We paid 165 euros for one night, which is quite a lot we were expecting a different service… first of all, an address of the apartment was written on Booking but then we were sent to another address… why?! the house is devoid of any soap, so we could not even wash. Apparament to dust.

Very welcoming and clean establishment. Courteous and helpful host. Excellent value for money. Ideal location because it is close to the centre. I will definitely come back.
