everything is perfect

Perhaps some details that would make the stay perfect would be: a microwave, a small lamp at the headboards of the beds and that the heating had been on when we arrived.

There is no sofa in the living room, just two armchairs. At the end of the day, a sofa felt good to relax on. Could also have a microwave 🤭

We had to have access to the apartment at 15:00. When we arrived at the apartment, the cleaning was not finished, we could only access the apartment at 16:00. It was still slightly dirty when the cleaning was "finished". The location is fine, located in a cozy neighborhood within walking distance of the center. The beds are good.

That there were 5 of us and there were only 3 chairs. We were cold because the heating didn't work, or at least we didn't know how to turn it on. When we picked up the keys at a nearby bar, we were not given any information about how the kitchen, extractor fan or heating works. We were cold at night, that was the worst.

Poor housekeeping. The bed is not made: the sheets have already been used. Lack of toilet paper: I was invited to buy in a supermarket. Insufficient number of dishes: there were only two, forcing you to eat tortellini in a pan. The apartment is not suitable for the elderly: very dangerous stairs. I would recommend an inspection to the owner to adapt to the standards of other similar structures.

Everything in the house was clean, disinfected and perfumed, including services and towels / sheets, sorry for only a few hairs around.

There was still luggage from the previous room, which the owner did not know about. The apartment had already been cleaned, but the suitcases were there when we arrived, and the apartment was already ours. The previous apartments still had the keys to the apartment, so they could come and pick up their bags at any time while our things were already in the apartment ...

Hostess Nina has come! It was cold, no one helped us to start the heating, the washing machine, and did not give us any instructions to move around the city. Very poor attention. Cabinets, shelves, sockets and hangers are missing! The coffee maker did not work WITHOUT a funnel or filter. When paying for an apartment, you had to pay tourist taxes separately. Very poor entrance and attendance experience.

The second floor has no lift and rather steep stairs that make it difficult to transport your luggage. The owner, who overheard on the phone, gave me instructions to find the keys and get to the apartment, it was a little difficult, but in the end we got it. The apartment at ZTL is not accessible by car, so you must organize yourself to avoid fines.

The house, located in the historic center of Bologna, was difficult to reach by car because the area was limited by traffic. The second floor without an elevator is not the best option with suitcases to climb.

There are no mirrors in the rooms, which helps to fix the rooms. Pillows are too soft, but the colors taste. This is the second floor to consider if you have to transport cars or heavy suitcases.

Due to a blocked boiler, we didn't have hot water for a shower! Incorrect check-out information: the bar where we had to leave the keys ... was closed and the owner did not answer phone calls.

Since I am so well equipped, I did not expect a hairdryer to be missing. Perhaps the forgetfulness I believe will be corrected. In addition, given the need for separate garbage collection, it would be nice to leave instructions on how and where to do this. Again .... the apartment is on the second floor with a somewhat steep staircase: we had an elderly woman with us, fortunately still in good shape. It would be advisable to point this out in your presentation at home, unless you get to the place with some problems.

There is no closet for hanging clothes (there are only drawers). Lack of supports in the bathroom.

An active heating system, consisting of hot air conditioners, is insufficient to heat the living space, and the heating in the bathroom does not work, therefore, in especially cold periods, the structure creates uncomfortable conditions.

It was a little cold in the apartment. The bedrooms with Split have a normal temperature, but the rest of the house is not very good.

A terrible start: the keys in a bar near the house were delivered by a man (apparently drunk), who did not show up in the slightest, could be the owner, like any other person. He didn’t even make sure that we were indeed tenants who had rented and had already paid the rent, we just went to the bar, asked for the keys and voila. The second terrible moment. We enter the house at 15, the thermostat temperature is 6 degrees. The house was very cold and the only way to heat it was with two air conditioners, one in the bedroom and one in the kitchen, which were supposed to heat the rest of the house. Result? After being left on for 11 hours, the overall temperature was still 12 degrees, the kitchen and bathroom were uninhabitable due to the cold, luckily the room was small and could heat up quickly. It's a shame because if it wasn't a problem I would highly recommend this accommodation to everyone, at least I can't recommend it for the winter.

Maybe an extra mirror in the house will come in handy. Only downside: the leak from the roof soaked the duvet, pillow and mattress. We solved this by changing the linen (which, luckily, was stored in the bedroom furniture drawers). However, until we moved the bed, we had the same problem. When we arrived, it was raining heavily ... even in the morning before leaving, but in fact there was a puddle of water instead of a bed.

Despite the new fixtures, one could hear the noise of the building or the rain on the tiles (a little disturbing at times).

The outer door of the blinds was rather ugly and it took 3 flights of stairs to reach the apartment.
