Beautiful apartment in a beautiful village
Little attention to the guest. Only one small towel per person, dirty dishes, broken dishes, the fridge was just turned on and therefore almost hot.

The house was aesthetically beautiful...
There was no cleaning in the apartment, the refrigerator with mold stands separately, the shower is dirty with hair, we didn’t have the courage to take a shower, all the wool under the bed, a dressing table that you couldn’t stand on, but it was just a design flaw in the work done. When we arrived, we were not even shown to the room, but now I understand why, on the day of departure, although we met, he did not ask us any questions about how we lived, but I also understand why ... Sincerely not recommended.

New Year in Abruzzo National Park
Structure in the historic center of San Sebastiano dei Marsi. Spacious and comfortable room. A well-maintained house and interiors that perfectly reflect the architecture of Abruzzo.
We would have liked a small oven, but this is a minor detail.

Generally positive, but reception needs improvement
Very nice building in the city center.
Requesting just before I left the apartment for an additional 10 euros for the use of sheets, even though I had specifically asked before leaving if I needed to bring sheets with me and was told they would be provided free of charge.

Too bad we didn't see a bear
Quiet and cozy place is truly quiet. Nice apartment with a new renovation.
It's a bit far from Scanno Lake and Sagittario Gorge, which were our main destinations, also thanks to the pure mountain roads.

Apartment in a characteristic village
Convenient location to get to the surroundings, very beautiful and pleasant village. Mrs Bays and her husband were very helpful, kind and sweet!
Nice apartment, but not very sophisticated. No doors between kitchen and bedrooms and between 2 bedrooms. A single place for hanging clothes in the bathroom.

Two days of total relaxation
New apartment, well furnished and equipped with everything you need. It is located in the center of the village of San Sebastiano and is convenient for visiting the national park. Mrs Bays was very kind and always ready to help with all our needs. Featured!!!

Nice stay
The apartment is very beautiful, very clean and well maintained... And the mattress is very comfortable! In addition, the owners are very kind and the village is a good starting point for visiting the national park.
