The very beginning of the stay was not successful. The keys didn't quite fit in the lock, while the object is quite new, but probably fatigue of the material in a hot climate. The receptionist was obviously very tired and unpleasant before the end of her working hours (we arrived at the last minute). She was there alone and the queue really lasted until the evening. Finally, after the 2nd complaint, she changed the key for us with a spare one, which already opened the gate better and we could park in the area. This lady was fine when she left. He speaks German and English well. Otherwise, the apartment is not sufficiently equipped, it does not correspond to the image in the offer. For example, wine glasses, kettle, toaster, cups in the bathroom are missing. Not even a starter roll of toilet paper, no cleaning products....there is the possibility of self-cleaning, but for that there is only a bucket with a mop and a broom, no cloths, polishes, nothing. Although there is a washing machine and a dishwasher, there are not enough dishes for the dishwasher. The air conditioning works, but it is very noisy and is set in the bedroom and the double room together, so it is not possible to set it individually, and it rattles in the room, probably a bad technical solution.

Unfortunately a bit off the beaten path. The air conditioner was terribly hot in one room and uncontrollable. The sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable. We would like basic equipment such as dishwashing liquid and toilet paper...

There were many devices with electricity. Induction hob, air conditioner, boiler, refrigerator, dishwasher. If the stove and air conditioner worked, the fuse would always break, and you had to go down to the first floor and turn it on again. In any case, the fuse breaks too quickly. This is very annoying when cooking.
