The rooms are large and there seems to be a few pieces of furniture missing to complete everything.

Unfortunately there was some plaster due to moisture that got on the floors and on the towel rails. The smell of dampness is also quite present in the bedroom.

The hotel does not have private parking, so you will have to get around on the street in several available places. Among other things, there is a school building. A few meters from the entrance to the structure there is a parking space reserved for people with disabilities, where you can park (if you find it available) by displaying the EUROPEAN sign H.

First of all, we must remember that the room is in the basement, therefore already an inconvenience, which, however, in general, if well managed, can be overcome. The room was very humid, so despite the 40-degree heat outside, it was cold. As soon as we arrived I noticed that the pillow seemed already "used", so I checked the sheets which, although clean, had a few hairs. The next morning we were replaced. Also in the drawer was a lubricant left by a previous guest, which, despite the report, remained there. The external bathroom, very small, suffered from infiltration of pieces of mold and plaster that had come loose from the wall and reached the room, as well as mold on the walls. (The shower, still separated from the toilet, was small but generally comfortable.) Finally, the dead bed bugs in the common area stayed there both days. I repeat that the owner was very kind and helpful, but sometimes kindness is not enough.

In addition to offensive injury! Booked a stay during a trip, request to cancel only two hours later due to serious problems with the car. No refund, not even a percentage. I will return to Benevento but the choice will be different. Big disappointment.

Nothing special...we could say an excess of eagerness when friends came to visit, reminding us that it's not allowed due to social distancing due to COVID..but overall it was right!

We didn't like the bathroom outside the room in the hallway where other guests should go, it wasn't listed and we found it very uncomfortable, plus the bath and shower were separate and in small rooms. The bed was not very comfortable as it consisted of two thin mattresses and the WiFi was not working. We were also not informed of the presence of other guests and the owners never showed up.

Overall cleanliness is good, bathroom is ok, but there were a few marks of a previous guest on my bed.

The room was in the basement and was not written anywhere at the time of booking. the bathroom was outside the room and I only found out about it after booking confirmation. Either I got distracted or it wasn't properly reported.

Housed in a basement (access via a descent from the internal parking), this B&B has two rooms, I had a room with an external bathroom which could not be accommodated in the shared kitchen. The room (which, in addition to the double bed, also has a pull-out bunk bed) is small and only has an opening at the top leading to the street, but which I could not see because there was a blackout curtain broken all the time. prevented light from entering. Low-quality breakfast with long-lived milk, bagged croissants, bottled fruit juices, industrial yoghurt, croutons, nutella and jam in portioned bags. Coffee in turbans (it tastes of poor quality), which in the 2nd coffee poured water from the bottom, not coffee ... Ikea reigns a little everywhere.

The bathroom was quite cramped with no shelves for groceries, cosmetic bags, etc.
