Excellent accommodation in a great location
The accommodation is very clean, complete and very well appointed, comfortable and super located. It is located right on the shore on the east side of the cape and only 10 minutes walk from the center. However, there are many steps to overcome. Therefore, this direct route is not recommended for people with walking difficulties. You can also reach the center via a moderately sloping road. Then you will need 25 minutes. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the lake. The owner is very friendly and helpful. There are many activities and attractions in the area. Overall it was great!

Charming apartment
The location in a quiet part of Bellagio right on the lake is exceptionally beautiful. The apartment is in good condition and offers pleasant comfort. Alessandro and his brother are attentive hosts who always offer their help and support.
A word of advice: a classic espresso machine for your morning coffee would come in very handy.

Amazing home with a lake view!
Amazing home with a lake view! The two-storey house is located on the shore of the lake in the atmospheric part of the city. Fully equipped, spacious (living room with kitchen and 2 bedrooms) and very clean. In reality, the house turned out to be even better than in the photo: a fireplace, the interior has many beautiful details, photographs and a stunning picture of the Port. The beds are comfortable, there is heating, there are a lot of utensils in the kitchen, appliances are in excellent condition. The view from the balcony is fantastic! Idyllic place! Better not to find! The owner was very hospitable, kept in touch all the time and sent detailed video instructions for check-in, the key was in the safe. Champagne, drinks and fruits on the table. The same evening the owner drove up to us and told us everything in detail, advised excellent restaurants and gave us a sightseeing tour of the city. The garage was never used, there was free public parking nearby. It took 7-10 minutes to get to the center by stairs, our children (5 and 13 years old) reached even faster. Shops 3 minutes by car. There is a small beach in front of the house. This is the best place in Bellagio!

Fantastic location, everything is great.
Very nice apartment on 2 floors with everything that makes your stay pleasant and comfortable + super garage. Great view of Lake Como + private access. Super friendly welcome with a bottle of wine. The host Alessandro is very very friendly. Many thanks.

Perfectly relaxing place to unwind! We'll be back.
The place is unusually good: it is quiet, you can hear the waves, there is no car everywhere, and every now and then a motor or a sailboat is moored. Sitting on the balcony with a great view was very relaxing! Alessandro was very accommodating and even put our car in a private garage. His advice to visit Varenna was excellent.

Lake Como again, we would choose this accommodation again.
Francesca gave us a very warm welcome, handing over the keys on arrival and departure was very easy and Francesca was always available to help us with questions. Ciao Grazie Mille!!! The location of the property was unique. You immediately plunge into the atmosphere of Italian flavor. We were very comfortable. The proximity to the lake, the view from the balcony and the tranquility here are very nice. Beach chairs were also available. Thoughtful division and furnishing of rooms with two balcony doors from the side of the lake. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.
I can't think of what to do with it. However, I would not recommend housing for the elderly and people with disabilities.

Location, direct view of the lake from the balcony. Well-planned apartment suitable for four people. Booking and handing over the keys is very easy.

Lake Como is interesting to visit there. The car ferry is special.

The apartment can be reached after a long journey over a concreted round stone (suitcases are required). Public parking, garage offered, inaccessible to my car (slope about 20%). Bellagio is nothing to ride a bike. The coastal road is too dangerous for family bike rides.

Wonderful pastime
The apartments are located in a quiet and very beautiful part of the city, 8-10 minutes slowly to the "noisy" center. Even if you do not rent a garage from the owner, there is a place to park the car. The owner does not focus attention, but the view from the balcony is just amazing. The apartments have everything you need for travelers alone or with 1-2 children - inside, this is a modern comfortable home. There is a restaurant in the next house, there breakfasts from 10-00. In the city from 8-00. To a large store 1.2 km - better by car.
In historical buildings, it is not practiced to install air conditioners, it can be uncomfortable in the heat. Wherever you go from home, almost always - uphill. But going back is much easier. If walking is not your thing, settle in the old town near the pier.
