Amazing home with a lake view! The two-storey house is located on the shore of the lake in the atmospheric part of the city. Fully equipped, spacious (living room with kitchen and 2 bedrooms) and very clean. In reality, the house turned out to be even better than in the photo: a fireplace, the interior has many beautiful details, photographs and a stunning picture of the Port. The beds are comfortable, there is heating, there are a lot of utensils in the kitchen, appliances are in excellent condition. The view from the balcony is fantastic! Idyllic place! Better not to find! The owner was very hospitable, kept in touch all the time and sent detailed video instructions for check-in, the key was in the safe. Champagne, drinks and fruits on the table. The same evening the owner drove up to us and told us everything in detail, advised excellent restaurants and gave us a sightseeing tour of the city. The garage was never used, there was free public parking nearby. It took 7-10 minutes to get to the center by stairs, our children (5 and 13 years old) reached even faster. Shops 3 minutes by car. There is a small beach in front of the house. This is the best place in Bellagio!

Very nice apartment on 2 floors with everything that makes your stay pleasant and comfortable + super garage. Great view of Lake Como + private access. Super friendly welcome with a bottle of wine. The host Alessandro is very very friendly. Many thanks.

The place is unusually good: it is quiet, you can hear the waves, there is no car everywhere, and every now and then a motor or a sailboat is moored. Sitting on the balcony with a great view was very relaxing! Alessandro was very accommodating and even put our car in a private garage. His advice to visit Varenna was excellent.

The location of the property was unique. You immediately plunge into the atmosphere of Italian flavor. We were very comfortable. The proximity to the lake, the view from the balcony and the tranquility here are very nice. Beach chairs were also available. Thoughtful division and furnishing of rooms with two balcony doors from the side of the lake. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.

The apartments are located in a quiet and very beautiful part of the city, 8-10 minutes slowly to the "noisy" center. Even if you do not rent a garage from the owner, there is a place to park the car. The owner does not focus attention, but the view from the balcony is just amazing. The apartments have everything you need for travelers alone or with 1-2 children - inside, this is a modern comfortable home. There is a restaurant in the next house, there breakfasts from 10-00. In the city from 8-00. To a large store 1.2 km - better by car.
