Spacious apartment 10 minutes from the center
Registration procedure: carried out remotely. A few days before arrival, they will contact you with instructions and accommodation details. On the day of arrival, you communicate with them and when you are at the entrance of the building, they open access to both the entrance portal and the door of the apartment. (you can chat via wasap, and if you don't have internet via SMS or by calling a phone number, they also give you the option that if due to circumstances you don't have a balance on your mobile phone, you can contact them via free wi- Fi at the airport or train station before arrival, indicating that they will give you instructions). This is a new and flexible system, although with me it took them 10 minutes to answer me once I informed them that I was at the door of the building (something anecdotal). The room was very spacious with minimal decor, it seemed original and practical. Perhaps this contributed to the fact that the room was very clean due to the ease of access to all corners of the room during cleaning. The apartment has a washing machine, a kitchen and is very bright. There are two bathrooms, one of them is very spacious and renovated.
As stated in the other reviews, the beds creak a little, although I sleep soundly and it does not bother me. I didn’t really like the fact that once you go to bed to fall asleep, you want to read or spend time with the lights on and you have to get up at the front door of the room to turn off the lights. As you can see from the photos on the website, the lighting system is very simple with a few mid-height cables running from the outlets to the closet next to the bed (I suggest the simple solution is to turn on the switch). pillow height on the cable section). The heating was not on and the nights I stayed I was a little cold and had to take a blanket or blanket from one of the beds in my room. Thus, it was not clear to me where to turn on the heating, and there was also no specific place to store blankets to use them in case of need.

Fantastic stay in Bari
Very clean room with access to the kitchen and bathroom. Excellent contact with friendly staff. Hassle-free key transfer - no check-in counter etc., but in practice this is not a problem (contact via WhatsApp). The room was ready early, there were no problems with early check-in.
The window of a small room (Malva) overlooks the courtyard with an elevator - if someone needs absolute silence at night, this may bother him, then it is better to choose another room.

Comfortable and pleasant stay in Bari
Room size. Purity. Very good bathrooms. Kitchen. host for arrival.
Please note that the room we occupied let in a lot of light (opaque transparent doors), especially from the kitchen and living room. There were guests in the kitchen at night and it woke us up.

Very well organized reception
Despite the lack of "physical" people, communication via Whatsapp is done very well! Everything is perfectly organized and my hosts were very responsive to the slightest question, while being very friendly. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the place as well as the ease of access to all parts of Bari. The kitchen is also well equipped and makes cooking easy.
The bed creaked a little, but nothing special!

Easy processing. Well equipped kitchen, washing machine and excellent bathrooms. The location is just a few minutes from the old town. Excellent value for money and quality!
The beds are relatively noisy as the mattress is only on a light wooden structure. You can hear every movement through the more, then less loud creak.

It takes a lot of luck with roommates!
Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff. Cozy place and equipped with everything you might need. Large and spacious room. Air conditioning saved our lives along with a half bathroom!
The floor in the room is not very clean. The rest of the house was immaculate when we arrived. Unfortunately, however, we found some disrespectful roommates and during the day we found the bathroom and kitchen to be in poor condition. What made us throw away the purchases made and always eat in the restaurant. Too bad, it takes a lot of luck! As for the bathroom: fortunately there was half the bathroom that no one used and it was always clean.

Business trip to Bari
Everything is modern, clean and comfortable. Bathroom in excellent condition, very functional kitchen. Comfortable beds, balcony for smokers, large living room with a nice sofa.
The only drawback, if you can define it that way: a chair and a table in the room would suit me, but that's okay.

A good option
The room is spacious, simple and well priced. But we'll fix it. With little, they can have a room for 10 people. This leaves you with a feeling of little interest from the owners. But I recommend it as a cheap option and more or less well located.

Good value for money.
Pretty good location, you can get to the center in a few minutes, to the train station in 18-20 minutes. Good cleaning, 4 towels for 4 nights. Wide common spaces. Convenient and comfortable room. Easy check-in/out. Good wifi.
The environment is a bit cold, maybe it should have turned on the heating in November. The big main light in the bathroom didn't work.

It is very nice and well maintained but the bed Impossible to sleep due to the noise the wooden structure makes outside of what is beautiful it is not comfortable at all and on the other hand my room was very hot and there was only a fan. Otherwise Perfect.
