Perfect for a stay in Bari
The location of the apartment is perfect, the cleaning is excellent, the spaces are large and the terrace too. The beds are comfortable. The host very friendly. Everything was perfect and I recommend this accommodation 100%

Bari and its surroundings are worth recommending. Lots of sightseeing - Italy is fantastic.
Great seat reservation, good location, comfortable accommodation for 2 couples of friends visiting Bari and the surrounding area.
Poor electricity in the premises, because you have to choose either air conditioning - or hot water in the tap (boiler). If you turn on 2 at the same time, the fuses will pop.

Spacious room with kitchen near the station
Spacious family room with lots of appliances (equipped kitchen, washing machine). Close to the train station and a reasonable distance from the old center (15-20 min walk). Little touches from the owner (fruit and coffee available). Air conditioner. Lots of restaurants at the foot of the building.
A bit noisy despite the double glazing.

The location is good. Close to the station, close to the center. The apartment is clean and well equipped. Flexible check-in.
I'm starting with what bothered me the most, and that's why my score is low. I looked for locations where we would be allowed late check-out because I had a flight in the evening at 9:45 p.m. and I was with a child. I had reserved this apartment and another one, for both I received a reply that late check out is possible. In the end, I opted for this one and paid because the location was better, and I canceled the other one. When we arrived, the owner greeted us with a surprise: he informed us that late check out was no longer possible, saying calmly that at 10 a.m. we had to vacate the apartment. For me personally, it was a shock, given that I had discussed this before payment and he assured me that late check out was fine, I couldn't walk around the city with my luggage and a 7-year-old child all day. 1 day before departure, I asked him again if it was still not possible, but the only option was to leave the luggage at his place and pick it up in the evening. In the end, I released and I paid elsewhere for a few more hours until the evening. It was probably a strategy saying that you can check out late, to see with the payment made, then he was no longer interested. The rest about the conditions... the apartment is clean, well-equipped, really noisy but it's normal being in the center. The shower is really outside like an annex but it was Ok because it was hot outside.

Spacious apartment in the center of Bari
Apartment located 2 minutes from Bari Centrale train station. Large, spacious, fully equipped. Bedding, towels, cosmetics, fridge, coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, etc. Very good contact with the host. An excellent base. We stayed 4 nights in 4 people. I recommend

Excellent location allowing easy walking to many attractions. The owner was very kind and helpful and the house was delivered in excellent condition and equipped with every comfort.
The only downside being host independent or mutable is parking. Parking on the street or in neighboring areas is not possible. Easily compensated by leaving the car in a paid garage very close to the door, but obviously the bill will be quite high.

Nice and practical apartment.
Very nice, central, practical apartment. Nice welcome. Well equipped for a short stay.
Remember to turn on hot water. The area of the station, little visited, but very convenient in order to catch the plane.

Everything, the location is very close to the center and old Bari, just wonderful, I was fascinated, the promenade, focaccia, everything is beautiful! Ladies from the street making orecchiette enchanting the beautiful Basilica of San Nicola!
So that cars do not stop, despite the pedestrian crossing !!!

In and around Bari during the coronavirus
I declare that the accessibility shown by the manager Massimiliano surpasses any ratings that can be given to a location close to Bari train station and Bari's most popular shopping streets, which are easily accessible on foot. a strategic point to reach other destinations by rail or by renting a car near the station. Those arriving on their own may have difficulty parking (especially during the day), however there are car parks and paid garages nearby.
Nothing special to report, I can only notice that the shower is separated from the bathroom in a corner created in the space offered by the terrace (albeit closed), which is good in summer and not very comfortable and convenient in winter. it is necessary to use the supplied air heater, another thing to be informed is the telephone network and internet coverage, which is difficult to obtain in the apartment, except at the window and on the terrace.

Excellent location, very easily accessible from the train station. Flexible check-in process, quick and easy communication with the host. Spacious apartment, we could comfortably accommodate two children.

Comfortable accommodation in the center of Bari
We liked everything, especially that we had spices at our disposal in the kitchen.
There was not enough electric kettle (but we often come across this in Italy). Those who sleep lightly will be noisy from the sounds from the street. It didn't bother us!

I recommend 1-2 days.
The location is ideal for exploring the city and its surroundings due to the ease of communication - very close to the train station and the old town. The apartment is very clean, new interior and furniture (except for windows). It actually looks better visually than in photographs.
The windows from the bedroom overlook a busy street - very noisy at night. Living room (with extra bed) is adjoining. New air conditioner, but not efficient enough for the whole apartment.

I recommend this apartment to everyone, especially to families with children.
The apartment is located near the train station (about 1.2 km) and the largest shopping street (about 200-300 meters). windows and balcony face directly onto the avenue, 2nd floor. At the back there is a quiet courtyard and a garden of about 16 m2 with its own table, chairs, clothes dryer. Very big parking problems if outside. At 50 meters opposite there is an intra-building parking for a fee. Daily payment - 25 euros. The apartment is cozy, spacious, there is air conditioning and everything you need for living. The owner is helpful and friendly.
The only thing that we lacked (but this is a purely subjective opinion) was a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a kitchen knife for peeling vegetables and fruits - you can do with other items - not a problem.

Worth having if you don't drive and remember to bring earplugs
There is a coffee machine with capsules and is easy to use, and jams for breakfast are also provided. This place is great for travelers who don't drive. Easy to pick up and return keys. The landlord's mother received us. Although she doesn't speak English, she still worked hard to communicate with us in Italian and introduce the room facilities with the help of Google Translate. There are many other people's cats outside the balcony, very well-behaved and cute.
The sound insulation is really poor, so be sure to bring earplugs.

Large space. Big table. Purity. A balcony with a table and chairs, however, overlooking the courtyard, and a rack for wet things.
Almost all of the drawers had sheets or towels and we couldn't put our belongings. I think the owner will change quickly.

I liked it basically.
It was close to everything. Welcome food and drink. We asked for a hair dryer and got it within minutes.
There were no cooking options, the stew was just bad. We didn't ask for another one, maybe if we had asked we would have received it. They probably don't know that the stew is bad, because they don't live there. We couldn't tell you because of language difficulties. But we overcame the problem.

Near the old town.
Close to train stations, which is convenient for traveling around. Evening walks to the old town are comfortable along the pedestrian street, which is located nearby. The area of the room is conducive to good rest.
Cigarette smell at the entrance to the entrance (there is a tobacco shop nearby). But I was glad that this smell is not present in the apartment.

Spacious and safe.
Excellent location, to the train station and shopping street, 3 minutes walk, supermarket through 2 houses. Super clean, comfortable bed, all linens are new.
The apartment does not have ironing facilities, an iron or a microwave, and no kettle (there is a coffee maker). The pan and saucepan are super small, you can't cook a hearty meal. And yet, perhaps most importantly, it is very noisy in the bedroom around the clock from passing cars (the bears did not help much)

A perfect ratio of price and quality and place of accommodation. Friendly owner who went out of his way to accommodate everything. And everywhere perfectly clean. As a bonus, a coffee machine with capsules in the apartment.
Italians always honk and you just have to get used to it, especially if you live by the road. Kitchen equipment also modest. You can use a pressure cooker, a microwave oven would do the same. You also expected small things like a knife for cutting food and a cutting board.

Small disadvantage: take earplugs with you. The room overlooks the street, which is quite noisy in the morning (bus from 6 am).

Great location for a city break

Highly Recommended !!
The host's hospitality and the warm welcome in the house were really excellent, we found fruit and everything we needed to make a breakfast of breadcrumbs with jam or nutella for tea. In addition, the apartments in a historic building with vaulted vaults are truly characteristic and well furnished.
