I would have given more, but....
Exceptional location
If I can give an advice, the single beds are really small. I would recommend a purchase of two new beds

A good choice
Clean apartment with all amenities. Possibility to have breakfast on site or in a bar two minutes walk away. Comfortable check-in and check-out

Beyond the madness there is no doubt!
Great B&B at an unbeatable price, clean and comfortable. In the logic of rising prices, one more advantage of this structure should be noted. The owner is kind and helpful.
Out of season food is scarce. The only partner restaurant opened next to the building did not satisfy us either in terms of price or quality.

Very good
Cozy home, well heated, carefully cleaned, located on a quiet street, with a more than satisfactory breakfast and a very comfortable bed. It is much easier than expected to obtain the keys through a quick and intuitive phone call with the owner of the apartment, who turned out to be polite, friendly and extremely caring. Accommodation prices are low, the selection of capsules with tea and coffee, barley, ginseng and coffee is amazing and palpable.

Bagnoli's beautiful and unexpected discovery
Great place to visit the pearl of Molise without trying to find parking. Comfortable room with excellent cleaning and more than satisfactory breakfast. The courtesy and availability of the young owner should not be underestimated.

When reality exceeds expectations.
Calm ". Ease of access. Attention to detail. View from the room. Price ratio. Professionalism of the manager. Possibility of food in the kitchen. Double breakfast at home or in the bar. The denomination of the rooms with the name of the winds. Separation of attributes in the refrigerator with the names of the rooms. Although 22 km from Villacanale, where I live, I think I will return anyway. Thanks.

Unfortunately, due to our plans, there were very few of us, but the house was very comfortable, clean and well organized, parking under the house and hell very fast.

The structure is by family, not individually. You may be faced with the need to share a bathroom.
Breakfast consisted of food, obviously packaged, few but plentiful. Especially appreciated is the coffee machine in capsules, numerous and of different qualities. The refrigerator has water, fruit juice and yoghurt per room.
It is a pity that, despite the large area of the apartment, there was only one shared bathroom !!!! ... you could easily get three bedrooms with each en suite bathroom.

Good value for money
The size of the room and living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a variety of breakfasts.
Access to the building upon arrival takes place in the absence of the owner. The guest must collect the keys from a kind of mailbox located outside the building following the instructions the owner will provide by telephone upon arrival. Mechanism is completely manual, bulky and VERY OUTDATE - annoying double bed creak (already reported by other guests but not fixed yet). - Door locks are noisy (simple lubrication and / or adjustment of the locks is enough; in particular, the front door, when leaving, you have to pull it with great effort in order to certainly violate the integrity of the condominium in which the apartment is located; imagine how much annoyance it can deliver to those who sleeps in the house !!!). Because of this, they woke me up - the site states the presence of WIFI, but in fact it DOES NOT EXIST at all. When I was asked to explain, I was told that “it depends on the municipality,” which will provide services throughout the country, but sometimes this fails due to the large number of presences in the country. During the two days of my stay, I tried to connect dozens of times, but to no avail. VERY LITTLE TO IMPROVE THE COMFORT OF A HOME THAT HAS EXCELLENT POTENTIAL.

Very cheap but inexpensive facility. An ideal base for your trip to Molise.
exceptional value for money. Availability of staff. Freedom of self-check-in / check-out.
Noise from the pipes in the bathroom. Breakfast is ok but could be improved (it should be noted that I visited the structure during the Covid period).

Pleasant
Breakfast was fully packed and there was a small discount on groceries. To be honest, I was expecting something typical and homely. Good cleaning, except for two hairs found in the tub.
