Absolute kindness!
My sisters and I gave our parents a weekend at Hugo's house on the occasion of their anniversary. Ms. Carmela was very kind and catered for all their needs. The house was immaculate and the location was great!

A delightful house, equipped with everything you need even for a long stay, in the apartment allocated to us, the windows that are given
All amenities available! For 4 people, including two children, the washing machine was a godsend!

Studio without separate rooms

Unfortunately the house is not suitable for 5 people. There are 5 beds, but they are located in the same room, so there are no separate rooms, it is actually a studio apartment.

Welcome and hospitality are the slogans
Casa da Ugo is a gift for a wedding. The hosts are always available and kind. The neighbors are very kind and hospitable. Every small request was promptly granted. The mother of the owner is attentive and always available.
Unfortunately, all the windows in the apartment face a closed terrace, and therefore good air exchange is difficult.

Very cozy two-room apartment
The apartment is very beautiful, clean, nothing is missing. Lady ready to solve any need
The only drawback is the light that enters the bedroom in the morning through a small concrete glass wall and the mattress on the double bed is a bit uncomfortable.

Disappointing
There was no breakfast, the coffee maker was broken, we didn't find anything we bought locally
I didn't like that we didn't find anything for breakfast, there was no manager presence, wifi didn't work, in short it's not so good, on the other hand the house was clean

Do not go there, there are no windows and access to fresh air
The place was close to the beach.
There was no access to fresh air as this accommodation had no windows. You could hear everything from the neighbors because they fenced off the property with thin walls.

Relax and comfort
We stayed in the smallest apartment, no balcony. very clean and spacious apartment. Equipped with all amenities: air conditioning, wi-fi, towels, bed linen, soap. We felt at home, also due to the fact that Mrs. Carmela was always present when needed, but not intrusive. The sea (Pantanello beach) is only 10 minutes walk, even if due to the heat we preferred a car. The apartment is located in a very quiet area, we really liked the peace and quiet. On foot you can reach Avola Square (15 minutes). Ideal for those who want to use Avola as a base to visit the Val di Noto.
I would improve the beds in a small apartment
