I feel that my stay at the Iris Hotel far exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is central but not chaotic, parking is easy to find; The structure is well maintained, tidy and the common areas and rooms are immaculate. We gladly chose half board and were very pleased with the quality of the meals on offer. the room with balcony, tv with ski channels suited our needs and the bathroom was nice and spacious, not ordinary. A certificate of honor to the staff for their friendliness and professionalism, never intrusive and very attentive to the guest. Even the value for money completely satisfied me, honestly. We had a great time and will be back

we were immediately personally greeted by the boss on the street and escorted to the motorcycle garage, immediately a great welcome with a drink in the house and a little chat in German! Extremely flexible in the kitchen, we didn't order dinner in advance, but it was no problem for Walter and his team to stick a 3 course menu for 3 on a perfectly set extra table in the bar because the restaurant was full to the last seat! TOP, TOP, TOP!!!

Cleanliness and friendliness

I arrived here in this wonderful place after a long motorbike journey and everything I experienced then was just wonderful: After meeting a wonderful host, cold beer and a wonderful dinner, I was allowed to park my motorcycle for free in the garage. After a great sleep and a great breakfast, I was able to hit the road the next day, rested like a baby. All just great! Thank you for this, come back :-)

The location of the hotel is great. The property is located a few steps from the center and close to Lake Santa Caterina. The house is in excellent condition and very clean. I would call this the best stay I have had since using Booking. Courteous and helpful owner, I have never come across a person offering you coffee or a drink upon arrival or departure. Then he came to meet me on additional requests, which allowed me to postpone my departure and leave my training bike in the parking lot at the hotel until the evening and in any case beyond the duration of my stay. A truly wonderful dinner; in any restaurant we would spend at least twice as much. A covered garage that doesn't change much in summer but changes in winter.
