.Welcome, cleanliness with attention to the smallest detail. Position with a beautiful sea view on a balcony in a common area equipped with all amenities, including a coffee maker. Complete with all amenities and feel at home. Ascea pleasantly surprised me with a charming sea! Already many people are asking to discover the special position of Alma Cilento! Very nice owners Valentina, Katya, Lavinia and Viviana, whom I had the pleasure to meet! Thank you all for such care and effort. It's not at all obvious. Good job

The furniture in the room was beautiful and very elegant, but I would recommend putting some drawers and some shelves in the bathroom.

OUTSIDE THE CASINO A FEW KM FROM THE SEA
The property is located in the center of the village, close to a mini market, bar, restaurant. New clean ROOM, in our case we had a bathroom with a window, a small balcony and another balcony in the room. The view in the entrance area is amazing !!!
We stayed for a week, there will be a few more tricks, a bigger closet, a mirror, a place to store suitcases, in short, some extra precautions to make things easier. VALENTINA, if I can afford to advise you to conclude an agreement with the bar or maybe have breakfast on the spot (COVID PERMETTENDO) and maybe make available some guidebooks, a map of places to visit.

Great sea view and everything is very clean.
Impeccable cleanliness, sea view, change of bed linen and towels, staff are always available, a stone's throw from a great tavern, the bathroom is very good and works great, especially the shower, large and with good running water.
More space would be needed to place and store clothes and other items, such as a few more shelves and bedside tables with a drawer. Curtains should be thicker or folded in half because they don't provide enough protection from outside light. The air conditioner is in a wretched position, blowing air onto the bed. You can turn off and open windows, but there are no mosquito nets.

Exceptional
The structure is fully consistent with what the manager describes. The rooms are clean, the furniture is new, the location is excellent. Nothing is missing in the house, in common areas it feels like you live in a real house, and not in a holiday home!

An unexpected stop on our trip and the structure was found at the last minute. We were very pleased with Katya's kindness and cleanliness in the room. The view from the terrace to the common area is magnificent, as is the furnishings of the rooms and the common area.
I would appreciate a little breakfast included in the price, not just the opportunity to make coffee.

More than a sea, a mountain
The building is beautiful, with attention to every detail, new and welcoming. The view is beautiful
The mountain is more than the sea. It was uncomfortable for me to come to the coast.

Fantastic discovery
Brand new facility, clean rooms, comfortable beds. An excellent location for those who prefer to relax or go to the beach (can be reached in a few minutes by car). Fantastic views of Ashea Marina. Free parking in the area. Friendly and helpful owner.
It is best to use a thicker curtain to keep out too much light in the morning, as there are no blinds or external blinds.

I think the room is too noisy because of the refrigerator. The air conditioner is not working I would advise a darker and double curtain to keep out too much light at dawn.
