Great structure but needs more organization
Part of the sore point is the staff, in fact some of the staff are really nice, but the other part, especially the "top management" are very impolite and this is unacceptable for a hotel of this kind at the height of the structure. Another really negative point is the "il riccio" beach club, it doesn't have enough space for all hotel guests and if you don't book on time you will have to manage on your own. I believe that this is unacceptable for such a structure, either it gives everyone the opportunity to use the services, perhaps by concluding an agreement with other banks, or it is not given to anyone there. In addition, at the check-out stage, we were promised that we would be able to take us on the hotel's private shuttle to the port, but at the last moment and already on the street, we found out that we would have to manage on our own. with a taxi ... this is unacceptable behavior for a 5 star structure ...... in fact, all the staff are on top and in general the lack of organization is not at the level of such a structure.

Excellent structure, central location and services such as shuttle service, beach club worthy of 5 stars, excellent food both in the hotel and on the sea, and very friendly, smiling and helpful staff. !!(Dishes for celiac patients are good)

I confirm 5 star luxury
Clean and new facility; the rooms are very big and all the staff are very nice! Everything is monitored, towels in the room are changed twice a day. The pool (unfortunately more "outdated" than the whole structure, but I think it will be adapted soon) is also lovely: always make sure to bring fresh water and bring clean towels! Another positive note, SPA! Really magnificent!

The best hotel on the whole island, without discussion.
The building is beautiful, both from an architectural and landscape point of view. Everything is well thought out and set up. Every corner of the hotel is decorated with works of art. Then Il Riccio.. a star restaurant by the sea with the opportunity to swim a few steps from the blue grotto.. a unique plus. Great and kind staff. Upgrade to a pool suite.
If you want to nitpick...the hotel's only small downside is the pastries: soft brioches, no taste. The best is always expected from this region of Italy.

Perfectly!
This is a great hotel!!! Rooms with a private pool are a godsend, you lie alone on a sun lounger and enjoy the birds singing. Great breakfasts, wonderful spa programs. Great place to relax.
