poor value for money g
The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Anacapri. Good base for exploring the city but in a quiet location. Lovely pool and staff at the pool and at the pool bar very helpful and friendly.
The rooms are not soundproof, you can hear everything from the neighbors. Outdated infrastructure and the bathroom is not modern. No thick curtains. The room is untidy until the evening before going to bed to be able to ask for a tip. (no tip, but preferably not at bedtime) Small eye for the client

Great structure but needs more organization
Part of the sore point is the staff, in fact some of the staff are really nice, but the other part, especially the "top management" are very impolite and this is unacceptable for a hotel of this kind at the height of the structure. Another really negative point is the "il riccio" beach club, it doesn't have enough space for all hotel guests and if you don't book on time you will have to manage on your own. I believe that this is unacceptable for such a structure, either it gives everyone the opportunity to use the services, perhaps by concluding an agreement with other banks, or it is not given to anyone there. In addition, at the check-out stage, we were promised that we would be able to take us on the hotel's private shuttle to the port, but at the last moment and already on the street, we found out that we would have to manage on our own. with a taxi ... this is unacceptable behavior for a 5 star structure ...... in fact, all the staff are on top and in general the lack of organization is not at the level of such a structure.

Wonderful holiday
- sea view and magnificent sunset - swimming pool - garden - tranquility - luxurious bar - good advice from concierge Roberto - transfer arrangements - attention to our anniversary - magnificent restaurant on the rock Il Riccio
- language proficiency by restaurant staff (big drawback for the Palace) sometimes too young and inexperienced - driver late for transfer upon arrival to the island by boat - very average breakfast for a palace and gluten free offer is always the same for 1 week (really limited for this standard)

I confirm 5 star luxury
Clean and new facility; the rooms are very big and all the staff are very nice! Everything is monitored, towels in the room are changed twice a day. The pool (unfortunately more "outdated" than the whole structure, but I think it will be adapted soon) is also lovely: always make sure to bring fresh water and bring clean towels! Another positive note, SPA! Really magnificent!

The best hotel on the whole island, without discussion.
The building is beautiful, both from an architectural and landscape point of view. Everything is well thought out and set up. Every corner of the hotel is decorated with works of art. Then Il Riccio.. a star restaurant by the sea with the opportunity to swim a few steps from the blue grotto.. a unique plus. Great and kind staff. Upgrade to a pool suite.
If you want to nitpick...the hotel's only small downside is the pastries: soft brioches, no taste. The best is always expected from this region of Italy.

The best hotel on the island - its name inspires respect for everyone
A royal stay like in a palace - everything was perfect: refined design with real works of art, flawless service as well, excellent staff, best location, efficient shuttle, very varied breakfasts - you can choose from the menu according to your personal taste. We also treated ourselves to a wonderful dinner at their own 2-star restaurant. Our superior room with a garden view turned out to our surprise to include a heated private plunge pool! Many thanks to everyone involved in our wonderful vacation. Highly recommend the hotel.

Wonderful team! The best service we have ever received! The design of the hotel is stunning! The best location in Anacapri, a variety of services for guests including a beach club in the Blue Cave, a great breakfast by the pool, in the hotel's two Michelin star restaurant, a buffet with a large selection in addition to personal orders. A hotel that definitely works to satisfy all the wishes and dreams of its guests. We will definitely go back there!
The two Michelin star restaurant is not respectable enough when sitting outside, the selection of dishes is not satisfactory, the food was pretentious, excellent service!

Perfectly!
This is a great hotel!!! Rooms with a private pool are a godsend, you lie alone on a sun lounger and enjoy the birds singing. Great breakfasts, wonderful spa programs. Great place to relax.
