Alassio .... Fantasy
In a good location... In the hills with a beautiful view of the sea... Close to the sea and the center of Alassio...

It was a pleasant and stress-free stay. The inconspicuous presence of staff is essential.

It would be nice to have a small refrigerator in the room, or the option of space in a shared refrigerator, because in the summer you need to be able to keep drinks cool.

I was expecting at least a normal, healthy room with opening windows with no knowledgeable people
Cappuccino.
The ceiling with a large leak in the room and rubble, although not large, fell on the bedside table. Two windows on the first floor that can't be opened: 1 because there is a huge plant in the garden that covers it, and the second one is right behind a small garden where you can stop people to smoke and talk. Usually small spaces.

Cleanliness, friendliness and enviable location
Friendly and welcoming managers, varied breakfast and homemade desserts, excellent housekeeping made the stay absolutely satisfying. The location is also interesting, close to the center and the sea, but also close to trails and bike paths for those who like walking or cycling.

Very comfortable hotel a stone's throw from the beach, center and 10 minutes walk from the train station.
I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Everything is very nice: the husband and wife are very kind and ready to share useful information. Super good breakfast with delicious homemade cakes, great croissants, fruits and cold meats. My room was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, with a sea balcony overlooking the sea, hills and lots of seagulls. Leaving the window open in the evening for passing motorcycles is not very quiet, but it was not a problem for me. The hotel has a beautiful small garden. The beach is beautiful and the sea is clear.
There was no bidet in my room.

Wonderful week in Alassio
My mom and I wanted to spend 6 days relaxing in Alassio, one of our favorite places. And at Villa Amelia we felt very good! Prepared and friendly staff, clean rooms and a hearty breakfast in the morning! Not to mention the location, really 5 minutes walk from the sea! We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Have a nice weekend in Alassio
The manager is very kind and helpful person. The room was tidy and very clean, bathroom and sheets, comfy bed and pillows. Our room overlooked the garden, very relaxing view. I felt very well, excellent value for money.
I can't say there was something negative ... maybe I could give a suggestion for breakfast, good but very classic, a little variety would not spoil 😊.

Location, great view! Nice breakfast. For those who go on vacation alone or with children who want to walk and climb stairs, this is more than doable. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Perfect room! the sheets were spotless as were the towels. I liked it and I would love to come back!
There is nothing very important that I would not like, but a couple of criticisms can help improve. Breakfast: 3 mornings in a row were offered the same (very good) homemade pear pie. For heaven's sake, we know rounds are good even 2/3 days after preparation. But in this context, in my opinion, this should be avoided. Cleanliness: the room is perfect, but be careful in other parts of the hotel, on the ceiling of the first floor I got to know a beautiful spider! Services: I recommend leaving the soap for the shower every day. I had to ask the cleaning lady to leave some bags for me until I left, she was very kind, she gave them to me.

Excellent owner accessibility
The owner was available at any time and need. The property is located 10 minutes walk from the beach and the central area. Excellent structure for young people and acceptable for families with not too long stays and with children without a wheelchair, because the structure is made only on the stairs. Since there is no air conditioning, in August it is recommended to take ear plugs with you, trains and mopeds pass at any time, as well as mosquito repellent. Overall as a two star hotel it is very good and dogs are allowed at no extra charge and breakfast is included.
The road to the building goes uphill and without sidewalks, so you have to pay attention to cars in the evening, as they are poorly lit. The villa is very pretty, but due to being ancient, it only has steps both at the entrance and inside, so this can be a problem for those with large suitcases. The wifi signal on the second floor was poor. Breakfast is acceptable, but I would enrich it a bit. The shower door needs to be fixed and the TV is a bit small.

The terrace overlooking the sea is so spacious and fresh even at the highest temperatures. The kindness and availability of the owners. One room with everything you need. Central position.
I already knew this place, just a warning that there is no lift to the floors and that you need to climb a few steps to get to it.

I highly recommend this hotel to those looking to spend some relaxing days in Alassio. Less than 5 minutes walk from the center. Cozy villa and abandoned breakfast. The hospitality and friendliness of the home.

Friendly staff. No aircon to close the windows because the scooter noise is very loud :-(

Wonderfully quiet and relaxing.

Very comfortable mattress in a clean room. The breakfast was very plentiful and the staff were very polite and friendly. Supreme hospitality!
Excellent breakfast with different homemade cakes every day. Perfect location and the owners were very nice. Very helpful owner recommended restaurants and places to visit.
It's not the hotel's fault, but if you're coming by car, there's no parking nearby.

Great for reasonable money!
Very cozy hotel, beautiful green courtyard. Friendly and hospitable hosts, were happy to help with everything. We had a nice surprise when we left. The hotel is located on a hill, a magnificent view from the balcony to the surroundings and the sea. The room is clean, white linen and towels. Delicious freshly brewed coffee, breakfast - croissants, cold cuts, eggs, fruits. To the beach 5 minutes (all paid, an average of 16 euros for an umbrella and 2 sunbeds). There are many shops and cafes on the central street of Alassio (I recommend the Marco Polo osteria - delicious homemade), a long promenade for walking. Grazie mille per una meravigliosa settimana di vacanza!

Very positive to be back.
Super helpful staff for every request.
The short climb (about 150m) and the stairs to access the guesthouse are a bit inconvenient for strollers and very old people....but we are in Liguria and still a few steps away from the sea and other services.
