Ok hotel service misunderstanding
location
Staff during breakfast busy with themselves and phones they were still sitting on. The guests lacked coffee cups, bread, the tables were not cleaned up to date. In the room too the quality of room service was far from expected. Water is not something expensive for a guest in the room ... rather it is a standard - of course it was not there. Coffee, tea was not replenished either, towels with holes .... The person accepting the hotel did not even deign to get up from the seat…. In general, the service is a big minus of the hotel.

Great hotel in the very center
Not the first time in this hotel. The main plus is the location. 5 minutes walk to Jafa Gate. Very well maintained beautiful courtyard, excellent renovated rooms.
The restaurant is so-so. Expensive and not very tasty. And given that everything is closed on Shabbat, there is no other alternative to having dinner on Friday night.

Better stay somewhere else
The room is good, the hotel is located near the old town
Lack of hot water, it is slightly warm, it is impossible to take a shower if you are not a walrus. Very slow Internet. We chose this hotel because of the availability of parking, but on the second day the car was asked to be removed - some kind of event was planned. They kindly suggested a crowded city parking lot for 80 shekels, at our expense, of course.

The hotel is an oasis of silence, beauty, coziness and comfort, despite the fact that it is located in the city center and within walking distance to the Old Town.
Breakfast on the last day of our stay was more than modest. Breakfast on the second day was very good.

interesting hotel with history in the city center
the hotel has an excellent location near the Old Town and the main street, many cafes nearby, transport stops, department stores. responsive staff. the hotel is very clean. historical and interesting place. we found a place to park.
I did not like that the room was very cold, the heating did not work. breakfasts were not varied. On Shabbat, music was blaring in a cafe nearby until three in the morning, we could not sleep.

The well-kept and blooming garden. The lighting of the garden at night. The possibility to enter and see how the hotel was in the past, in the small museum. The room was clean and cozy. The shower is renovated. The foyer at the entrance to the room, the high ceiling, the design, brought in the atmosphere of the past. Proximity to the city center.
Noise from the neighboring pub (day 5). It would have been possible to change the window panes to sealed ones or at least offer us another room, you knew there would be noise from the pub. We came back at one in the morning tired from the whole day and despite that it was hard to fall asleep. In the dining room, some of the waiters do not know Hebrew and barely English. There was also a feeling that they prefer to speak in English. We ordered eggs from the waiters and although there was no pressure we waited over half an hour. The variety in the buffet is standard and poor for the price of the room.

It could have been much more pleasant with welcoming staff and a better choice for a suitable and quiet room
The location of the hotel is wonderful, in the center of the city and close to the old city. The hotel is aesthetic and the structure is beautiful and the breakfast is good, as is the outdoor seating area in the hotel, immersed in a lovely green garden!
The staff was very unwelcoming. Most of the staff who took care of us were apathetic towards us, didn't say hello and didn't respond to us when we entered or left... we could walk past the reception without them even noticing us and it was very impolite and made us feel very uncomfortable. The television in the reception was showing movies with a sound that did not fit the place.. And we got a room on the ground floor behind the reception, in front of the parking lot, without being able to open the windows freely - because cars were parked through the window, there was noise at night and it was a very unpleasant and quiet atmosphere. You should inform the vacationers that the room is in front of the very nearby parking lot! to the windows of the room and this interferes with privacy and silence. In the bathroom we had to have a window and a curtain closed all the time due to the parking lot visible from it.

Magic of a place
A charming and quiet garden, lit up in the evening with lighting that creates a pleasant atmosphere. foreign atmosphere Excellent location. The building of the hotel is like in the old days..in a good way. Yelena is lovely, kind and helpful... very nice staff. A good breakfast. A very comfortable bed with a cozy duvet (it would be nice if the pillows were of the same quality).
There is no coffee/tea selection. A kettle full of stones. Service in the cafe is unprofessional, nice but slow. TV is very small in relation to the size of the room. You need binoculars to watch from bed.

Good hotel, good atmosphere, excellent location
Excellent, rich breakfast. For improvement - a quality coffee machine can be upgraded. The hotel is quiet, in an excellent location. A very large room, a sense of privacy.
Bathroom - small and there is no curtain or drainage channel around it, so all the water drips onto the floor and there is no way to scoop it up either. I didn't like that the fact that Israeli citizens are required to add VAT in addition to booking is not highlighted enough. This was a bad surprise.

We were placed in a corner, so there was a window that could not be closed and light came in early in the morning. The room was located in front of the Russian field, there was noise early in the morning on the first day. The next day was reasonable.

The location of the hotel is really perfect! close to Jaffa street, walking distance to the old city. In addition, the Jaffa street tram line is easy to use. The hotel exudes tranquility and beauty and forms an oasis with a beautiful courtyard garden and a good restaurant open seven days a week.
There was almost no one at the reception and the cleaning of the room left a lot to be desired. No toilet paper refill, no soap etc. Lots of noise outside due to the bars in the area.

We loved the location, the size of the room. The staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and generously served.
We paid extra for a room with a bath and there was no traffic jam. We asked the reception to get us a cork. They were very nice but didn't get a cork and in the end we bought ourselves a cork so we could take a bath. Parking is very problematic - we paid a lot of money for parking in the city square parking lot. You can add a plate or two and a bottle of water in the room for the many glasses that are there. There is no sense of opulence in being in a VIP room with fancy wine glasses and no bottle of wine. It makes the feeling of impersonating a fancy room.

The staff is very pleasant and helped with every question and request. The rooms are clean and pleasant. The location of the hotel is really excellent. The breakfast is delicious.
I was missing good coffee even though there is a coffee machine but I couldn't find my coffee and I was missing different types of milk I was missing bigger towels and more toilet paper that would be in the room and we wouldn't have to ask. When we asked, we received. But it's better to have it in advance.

The room was very comfortable and beautiful. And the place where the hotel and its common areas are located is great
We stayed 3 days and in one of them the room was not cleaned. On the other hand, one of the gentlemen who worked at the reception was very unpleasant. After parking the car at the hotel I received a call from the car rental because it was badly parked, after going down from the room I find that the receptionist tells us that we have to remove the car because the manager wants that place and we had to remove the car from the hotel where there are only 6 parking spaces and leave it outside. That by false coincidence there is a parking lot next door where we paid 70INS to leave it overnight. And to top it off, the site that they claimed from us was free from 7 at night to 7 in the morning... In short, the situation is very uncomfortable.

All in all it was pleasant, good room, welcoming staff (except for the dining room staff we met).
A fairly basic meal, we were not given information that it is possible to order and receive eggs by special order and also coffee.
On the booking website it says "free parking" and this was a main factor in our considerations to book at this hotel. Actually, when we arrived, we were told there was no space and we had to pay 50 NIS for a nearby parking lot. In fact, there was a little more space at the hotel, but we were told that "parking there is forbidden", but later we saw cars parked in the "forbidden" places. But overall not a bad choice.
We were allowed to leave our car in the yard until noon on the day of departure. This is a nice hotel and the location to the old town is ideal.
At breakfast the service was lame. The coffee machine was not ready for use and plates were missing. Otherwise there was the typical Israeli breakfast. We only went to the hotel once for breakfast. The other days we ate outside. On the day of arrival, the beds were not separated as booked and it could not be organized even though it was only 5 p.m. There are two benches in the garden, but they are uncomfortable and unfortunately there are no cushions or similar. The hotel also has a bar there with comfortable seating, but the music is annoying in the long run and of course you have to order something.

Given the availability of rooms, we were given an extreme room in a noisy place, next to the bar. There was a problem with hot water - it appeared only in the morning. The breakfast did not match the illustrations shown by the Hotel Director. If the hotel had free places, they were not allowed to screw up, in fact there was a complete lack of parking.

We received excellent service from the receptionist Alex. He accompanied us throughout the entire stay. Every request was met with a smile + the initiative to let us enter the parking lot at half past midnight. We will recommend and return to the hotel.
The breakfast was poor and insufficient. A couple who sat in front of us and probably did not stay at the hotel received an impressive breakfast. And despite that when I asked for the opposite no from the machine I received immediately with a smile.

A surprise in the center of Jerusalem
The place, the rooms are big, the quick handling of the problem of a room that went up, the inner courtyard and the ancient design.
There is always no employee at the reception and there is a club adjacent to the hotel that on Thursdays and Fridays plays loud music in front of the outer rooms at a level that cannot be tolerated.

A magical experience
An international level boutique hotel. From the moment you enter the hotel you can feel the magical atmosphere of the place. The hotel staff, especially Nasim, is welcoming, excellent service. We have stayed several times in the last year and this is our hotel in Jerusalem.

All in all, highly recommend, a beautiful and special interesting place - an experience!
A lovely and special place but a bit in need of staff because of the corona virus. The room was huge and clean but it lacked tea and espresso for the machine, I suppose if I had asked they would have brought it but I had it from home. The breakfast is very basic and not indulgent, plain bread and pita bread, curry and yellow cheese dressing, omelette, cut vegetables... But it was nice to sit inside the compound and enjoy the character and the atmosphere. Soon you will open a sauna there. There is parking inside the complex, a very central location, the staff was really lovely. All in all, highly recommend, a beautiful and special interesting place - an experience!

Lovely place and location. A large garden, a rural atmosphere in the heart of Jerusalem. We only enjoyed breakfast in one section because, unfortunately for us, there was a power outage in the entire area. The team did their best. Later we went back and had coffee under the trees.

To be abroad in Jerusalem.
The complex is beautiful, everything is very spacious. The historic buildings are beautiful. The rooms are very spacious and beautiful. Everything is new and very clean. The inner garden is well maintained and very pleasant to sit in. The staff, especially Naseem, is very kind and helpful.
There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms. We are told that the signal is weak and therefore does not arrive, There were no curtains on the windows for total darkness, which made us wake up early in the morning. The luxurious room had a bathtub, no shower cubicle and no marker rack. A standing shower required us to hold the marker in one hand, and the entire floor was flooded with water. There was no full size mirror in the room, or anywhere else in the hotel. Missing makeup light above the mirror. Vegan options are missing at breakfast.

The location is fantastic, the place is beautiful, the room is very clean. Quiet. The garden is extraordinary. very calm Gives a feeling of detachment, even abroad. The staff is very pleasant.
The bed is not really a double bed but connected, the room is designed for two beds. One of the chests had to be taken out, and the way it was left was bulky.

A little jump to Europe
A beautiful historical building, with picturesque chess towers, a spectacular and well-kept garden with a fountain. Inside the garden there is a well that serves breakfast and various drinks throughout the day and evening. The rooms are decorated in an aristocratic style and are spacious and comfortable.
The breakfast is modest but sufficient, but Nasim, who is in charge of the place, assures that it is about to be upgraded.

I am planning my next vacation in Jerusalem and I have no doubt that I have found my hotel in this city!
1. The location of the hotel is excellent! It is in the center of things - from there you can go to all the sites around it ("Star Tours") no more than a 10 minute leisurely walk 2. The rooms are spacious and incredibly clean! The hotel is very well maintained and very pleasant! It is unbelievable that there is a charm of such a place in the noisy center of the city 3. And it should actually be the first of the three - the service! Courteous and smiling staff, made for every request, creates a pleasant and calm atmosphere. Big thanks to the miracles - the magic of a guy!

The main bed in the room is very comfortable and the place is quiet. We had parking at the entrance of the hotel (it is available on a space available basis) and it is very convenient.
A child's bed was very uncomfortable - folding with protruding springs. We bathed in a bathtub without a curtain, and it's also high so it's hard to get in and out - creates a flood every time.

Fantastic location, junior suite was well designed and comfortable. Nasim the receptionist was very kind and ready for any request (including opening the gate at 1 am). The garden is great and the price is reasonable these days for a stay of 3 adults. The pictures on the internet reflect the rooms.

The most successful hotel in Jerusalem
From the moment you pass the gate you enter the hotel which is a castle of angels with a castle that gives the feeling that we jumped to Europe even in the middle of August. The hotel, as its name suggests, is a palace! The room is luxurious, spacious and very clean. The treatment we received from Nasim, the manager, was amazing! Wonderful service and very caring. Breakfast in the garden was great. We will definitely come back!!!

Sergei's yard is a magical place
We felt like we were on a trip abroad. The place is beautiful, especially the blossoming courtyard with the two towers and turrets that look like they were taken from a chess board. We received a warm and special welcome from Naseem, the hotel manager, who gave us personal attention throughout our stay, and even went above and beyond to take us on the historical tour of the buildings and the courtyard. The location of the hotel is perfect. Walking distance from Prophets Street, Jaffa Street and the entertainment area. The room we had was renovated, clean and very pleasant. With a royal atmosphere, high ceilings and taffeta that took us straight to the days of Nicholas. The pleasure was great. Thanks Naseem for everything. We will be back soon!

Heleni HaMalka Street is noisy on the weekends. If you want a quiet room, you should pay attention to ask for a room not above this street... Nice (and very cheap) breakfast. If you want a rich breakfast - this is not the place...

We sat in the morning after Tsek Avt in the garden inside the hotel to drink coffee in the restaurant, we read a bit about the history of the hotel which is really interesting! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely come back again!

Best quiet place in Jerusalem, will definitely be back
Quiet hideaway, new very spacious rooms, excellent and friendly service, staff ready to help with any advice, beautiful flowers and evening lighting of the patio with tables, Friday evening menu is great, Location near the center, there is always somewhere to go, the car was parked on one parking lot and didn't need to drive, everything is within walking distance
breakfasts could have been more varied - there were no fruits, yoghurts, only two types of yellow cheese and a couple of types of white. But eating breakfast for three days in a row gets boring too.

A stunning hotel in the heart of Jerusalem with excellent staff.
The structure of the hotel with the inner courtyard is simply amazing. As soon as you step inside, you forget that you are in the city center (next to Jaffa Street). The staff was excellent, pleasant and very helpful. Handled our every request above and beyond.
The breakfast at the hotel is very poor and not worth it. In general, the restaurant staff did not cope with the load (and there was not much load of guests). The food arrived in bulk, not fresh (hummus that stood for a long time in a saucer and dried before being served), an omelette that was served after we had finished eating and that too after we asked if we were not supposed to get eggs in the meal. From the beginning it was not explained what comes with breakfast and there is no menu. In short, leave the meals to the best restaurants in Jerusalem.

Ideal location. A mattress of the highest quality Kind and welcoming staff. Willing to talk about the history of the place. In conclusion, despite the comments, highly recommended.
The TV screen is quite small and the selection of channels is more appealing to the Russian-speaking population than to the Hebrew-speaking one. Bath towels too small

A perfect family weekend in Sergey's yard
Very professional and courteous service, and in the process providing a quick, high-quality and satisfactory response to any request or problem that arose. Perfect location in the center of Jerusalem city with parking in the hotel complex, an amazingly beautiful building, a spacious yard, there is a restaurant bar with a perfect atmosphere in the afternoon and evening with wonderful service, delicious food and very fair prices. Child friendly.
Internet connection was not possible on Wi-Fi due to a malfunction.

Late entry time at 4:00 p.m Very early departure time on Saturday 10:00 am! We had to get up early to get organized and evacuate All night we heard noise from the nearby pub at the end of the street

The location is very good. To the Old Town 15 min. walk. Tram stop nearby. Spacious, clean room. Very friendly staff. All were satisfied. Good breakfast. Recommended.
