Perfect location, beautiful garden with pool, very helpful staff, wide range of breakfast and dinner options, newly furnished room with a great view, hotel's own beach right in front of the door, well-functioning WiFi. An optimal price-performance ratio.

Rich breakfast, direct departure from the hotel to Eilat and the beach. 6 years ago I stayed at the hotel and I must say that everything has improved a lot. A great hotel in the best location in Eilat, on the boardwalk, with an adjacent beach and a heated outdoor pool (36m long!). Rich and delicious meals. We had a very positive experience, thanks in large part to Batsheva from customer services who did everything to ensure that we were satisfied and that we didn't miss anything. Thank you! 🙏

Good location

A super indulgent breakfast, there is almost always parking, we got an upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi, and also a room without a carpet as we wanted. The view is amazing, opening a window you see blue red and palm trees. The location was really convenient at first, until we realized that we were in the middle of the middle of the boardwalk, that its beach was closed for renovations but its karaoke club is open 24/7 right in front of us... what to do. They gave us vouchers for the sauna, it was nice. Apart from that, even though the corridors are a bit dirty with dust, the staff is really great, they helped us with everything, I apologize for them.

A stunning room, I have never seen such a sea view directly from the room in my life - panoramic windows with more than 120 degrees of coverage. Plus a huge balcony, with armchairs and even a swing. Very pretty and very comfortable! The staff is attentive. The room was cleaned daily and very carefully.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to every point in the city center. To the mall to the beach and direct exit to the promenade. highly recommend.

The rule!! First of all the service was just perfect! The best I have come across in Israel. This is our second time at this hotel and also the previous time the service was outstanding. We celebrated a birthday and were treated to a double spa voucher, a huge cake, wine, balloons, water, chocolates and crackers... just wow! Besides that - the beds are very comfortable, the food is really tasty and varied. The hotel is clean. The best location in Eilat right on the boardwalk. They let us extend the check out without extra charge. We will definitely be back!

We liked absolutely everything, from arrival to the last minute. Incredibly clean and great atmosphere. Excellent location , first line , everything within walking distance , including the necessary infrastructure ( shops , ATMs , pharmacies ) Plentiful , delicious breakfast , cafes and VIP area left pleasant memories . For the kids there is expanse, a lot of entertainment, playrooms and even their own theater, two swimming pools for every taste. I want to say a huge thank you to all the hotel staff for prompt and high-quality service, special thanks to Bat Sheva, from the first minute she was with us, all of our wishes were taken into account, maximum customer care, it is very pleasant and of course we will return only to this hotel !!!

An excellent hotel and an adjacent beach that makes everything much more pampering.. Bat Sheva takes care of everyone who orders from Booking, she said that there is an option to enter the spa and lounge in the evening, we didn't make it but it's a worthwhile option

A beautiful hotel, not new but quite well maintained, a large and varied dining room, close to everything and there is a private beach. There are attractions for children and a pool with many chairs. We were met at Tsik In by a lady of seven who was very nice and helped us with any problem we had and pampered us and took care of us, in addition they sent chocolates and more All kinds of things for the room. Her attitude was above and beyond

The only thing that bothered us was that we didn't get what we asked for and paid for at the room level....we asked for a room facing the sea and in practice we got trees. All in all the other things were on a level and we really enjoyed the service and the place and of course we will come back again.

The main plus of the hotel is two steps to the sea! Friendly staff. The rooms are clean, but the hotel is in need of a good renovation and the replacement of some, well, very old and dilapidated furniture. Pleased with the price. For a hotel with a pool by the sea, the price by the standards of Eilat is very reasonable.

We have been in this hotel for the 19th time and have always felt in very good hands. When booking a room, we were always helped by a friend who lives in Eilat. It is very useful. Because we don't speak enough English. But without you, we would also have been helped by a woman who works in management and whose native language is originally French. I can express myself enough in French.

All the rest. The location is the best in the city, you open the gate, cross the promenade and immediately the beach. Shops, cafes, shopping centers, stops - everything is nearby. The food is varied and tasty. Special thanks to the chef for hot desserts: churros, donuts, waffles, everything is very tasty. The beach is small-pebbled, close, there are enough sunbeds, there are always plenty of towels. The sea is clean, without jellyfish and algae, fish swim 3 meters from the exit. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. They speak the languages ​​of all the guests who are resting with them. Helped with all questions that arose during the stay. An unpleasant moment with the number, marked in the minuses, was decided in 2 minutes, when I showed a photo from the booking site, a photo of the room offered to me and said that I ordered not what I got. We immediately found a room similar to the photo)) however, without Wi-Fi ((but with a fantastic view)) Spa center, aka fitness, aka sauna, aka jacuzzi, aka sun terrace. Very friendly staff, long hours of work, from 8.15 to 19.00. True, I'm afraid that in the high season, there may not be enough places for everyone. Everything is very compact. Now the center has been offered free of charge as a gift from the hotel. In the summer - apparently, you will have to pay for the right to run on a treadmill. The room has a safe, refrigerator, good bed, carpet. The bathroom is the bare minimum. There are no bathrobes and slippers. Sometimes in the middle of the day the smell of ammonia appeared near the water, either it was the shampoo, or something with the water.
