It is a villa used as a B&B; there are several rooms and common rooms. We were 4 and we were assigned 2 rooms for 3 people each. Excellent cooked breakfast for us.
The house is very large so the WiFi is not excellent everywhere; it wasn't a problem.
The location of the house is very good, at least considering that you spend the whole day exploring the island. Nearby there is some infrastructure, ie. a supermarket and 1 restaurant, as well as several small shops. It was absolutely quiet, everything was clean, the room was well equipped and fully met my needs. Wifi was good and worked. The breakfast (full Irish breakfast) was very good. From accommodation, you can explore the island well and reach all interesting places in a short time. This can be done by car or by bike.
In principle, everything was more than good. Those who seek and need luxury may be in the wrong place here, but the principle of B&B is that the rooms are good, functional and reasonably priced, and this is absolutely the case here. If you want luxury, you should go to a hotel with a sauna and wellness center.
The room was great and very clean. It was quiet and we felt very comfortable. A delicious Irish breakfast was served for breakfast.
Great location. Right at the beginning of Achill, a great base for other places. The resort is clean. Rooms warm. Beds very comfortable. Tea and coffee can be prepared in the room. Place for bicycles. Owner very friendly and helpful. WiFi also works in the rooms. I can see that the owner reads the reviews and takes them to heart. Way to go.
