The location of the villas is in the heart of rice fields, surprisingly quiet The staff is very friendly and works to serve the guests quickly They provide tanks for guests Note that there are some insects due to the location within the bush
The staff is very pleasant
Cleanliness - Bed terribly uncomfortable - Pool incomprehensible - No one cleaned my room, I stayed 5 nights and no one dumped my trash !! I didn't have a towel in my room ... The bedroom separates the other bedroom with a wooden door, so you live with your neighbors and endure their conversations, their TV and their lights !! All in all it was a hit that ruined the stay ... not to mention the cockroaches 🪳 every morning in the bathroom .....
Everything else is just fine
Poolside rooms are a little noisy
We booked this hotel by accident and on short notice as our hotel was so bad we didn't want to spend the night there. The last few days we have been looking for something quiet to relax and that is what we found in Asri Sari. We had 4 villa with its own pool. The property is huge and beautifully situated next to a rice field. The view is amazing and we woke up in the morning with a view of the pool, paddy field and sun in bed. What more do you want. It is wonderfully quiet and you can enjoy the day in complete privacy. The staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was delivered to the villa at the desired time. Fabulous! Despite the somewhat hidden location, there was parking right outside the hotel, which was very beneficial for us with the rented car.
You can see that the apartment is a little old and shabby, so we can understand the negative reviews. We believe this is still a luxury by Indonesian standards. However, with fairly simple tools and a little more maintenance, you could get a lot more out of the villas. It was clean, but for example it is also recommended to wash mosquito nets over the bed or curtains from time to time. We also lacked a towel on the sink so you didn't always have to dry your hands with a shower towel after washing your hands. All are really little things. Otherwise, we were very pleased with our choice!
