the staff was very nice and, how do you say? always tried 😊 they always tried to help with all problems.
I had a room that was very small and contrary to the description. after the door could not be opened except with the general key, I got another room (they don't want to give me the general key) the room was a bit bigger and at first I was happy about the free upgrade. Unfortunately not for long 😂. The room had two fake tin windows and was right next to the air conditioning compressors. so sleeping was only possible with hearing protection. The breakfast was economical but with changing local dishes, so if you like spicy warm dishes in the morning, great 😊 for everyone else there is toast with jam. But also egg in different variants, standard with chillies, but you can deselect 😀. Coffee was pre-made in a thermos bottle with milk and a lot of sugar. But you also got a black soluble coffee on request, but the glass has to last the whole month and so it was very thin. At checkout we had an acceptable bill after the fourth attempt. Oh yes, the multiple attempts to put a safe in the room or to exchange it (a colleague also stayed there) were also semi-successful. I then had two and my colleague didn't have one (one didn't open, the other didn't close, etc.) the supposedly existing gym only produced a tired smile on request and the statement that there never was one.
