The place and the surroundings are beautiful. The house does not accommodate many travelers (it has 3 rooms) and it is easy to coordinate with the other guests. The house is located on the property of a cow farm. Kids love it.

The accommodation is fantastic with spacious and comfortable rooms and very pleasant and practical common areas. Great shower and kitchen too. It's almost like home, but in the center of Iceland. Very good location for visiting Snaefellness or en route to other areas. I highly recommend it

The house is clean, beautiful and very comfortable. The owner is available for everything and lives in the house next door. It's nice to be able to visit the farm and see the animals.

Without a doubt the best experience in Iceland, Eidi treated us wonderfully, always with a smile. The views from the farm are unbeatable and the opportunity to drink fresh milk is wonderful. We will return

By far the best accommodation during our stay in Iceland. A greeting from the farmer's wife (she changes key boxes) GREAT VIEW We rented a small apartment with 4 or 2 bedrooms and we were surprised to find that the third bedroom was rented out to other people. The facility is well located in the countryside but close to the village. Nice well maintained cottage. The hostess is charming and very kind.

Location. Breathtaking location on a farm all alone in a beautiful valley. The skies were clear and we thoroughly enjoyed the Northern Lights away from all the light pollution.

The farmhouse is a real farmhouse secluded in a fantastic location. We had a house to ourselves and we could choose our room. All rooms are large enough. The living room and kitchen are very well equipped. Generally. a bit old fashioned but nicely furnished. I would love to book it again, especially if I was staying there with a small group for a few days.

I came for the second time! It's about placement. The hosts are very friendly and helpful despite their busy farm work.

Really affordable housing and super clean home.

View of the fjord from the window of the room and from the terrace - view of the cow from the kitchen window. What more do you want? The common area is interesting, old fashioned, but huge. The kitchen is well equipped, excellent coffee maker. If it had not been fully booked, I would have stayed longer.

The location right on the fjord is phenomenal. The same as the equipment of the room. Nothing is missing. The large kitchen-dining room also contributes to the comfort. I will gladly come again.

All. Large fully equipped family home. Ideal for a complete rental (3 bedrooms). Everything is flawless. Bathroom with shower and bathtub. The presence of a washing machine. Beautiful wooden terrace with a view. Very quiet but only 7 km from Grundarfjordur for those who want to dine in a restaurant. A simple and casual welcome.

A dream place on the lake and in close proximity to the beautiful port city of Breijavik and the photogenic Kirkjufell. Very well equipped kitchen and large outdoor terrace. Due to the design in the style of a former apartment building, you will also have to put up with other guests. Warning: The name Snelfellnes Farmhouse is misleading - the entrance is marked with the name Eidi.

Very warm house, very homely feeling, the farmer also took us to visit the farm, there are lovely cows and lambs, and also drank milk, not far from Straw Hat Mountain, less than 10 minutes by car, very pleasant experience.

When I arrived, I didn’t see the landlord or the cryptex, so I searched everywhere, but the landlord from afar came out to say hello. It turned out that a large farm belonged to their family, and the landlord didn’t live in this house. The house is not locked. Although it is a public bathroom, there were no other tenants on the day we stayed, so we enjoyed the whole house for ourselves. We were so happy 😃 The living room and kitchen are large, and the bathroom is also large, with a bathtub, and the one in the living room You can see mountains from the balcony, which is very beautiful! The landlord has sheep and allowed us to touch the sheep. I am super happy. The scenery around the house is also good. If the aurora index is good, we should be able to see the aurora!

The location was good and the view of the countryside was magical.

The bed was super comfortable. The view was an absolute dream, wish we could have stayed longer.
