The staff - the lady who is in charge of the animation programs, cleaned and vacuumed the playroom in the morning, but I never saw her actually offer a program to the children. She sat there looking bored. The hotel says in the introduction that it offers massages, pedicures and manicures. Unfortunately, in practice there are only massages. I had a full body massage. It was a rather relaxing massage. The young lady was nice, but she was obviously sick. She coughed and blew her nose throughout the massage. I was very uncomfortable because I didn't want to get sick too. After the massage, I told both the lady and I reported it to the spa reception and the hotel reception, saying that the employee should be sent home to lie down. The next day I saw her at the register in the bistro, which is not a good solution for me, because she will come into contact with food and customers. :( The hotel staff speak mostly German, they don't speak much English. It's not a problem for me, but I believe it can be a problem for some guests. It's due to the fact that the spa is near the border with Austria.

The front desk staff was rude, we were charged an early check-in fee even though we didn't get our rooms until 3pm (standard check-in). We reserved a bowling alley in advance, the reservation was forgotten, so we couldn't play in the evening because everything was occupied then.

Coffee maker is a little overwhelmed. Would be better suited for a bed and breakfast. The coffee itself is excellent

If you book for one night, you can only use the sauna on the day of arrival. And also on the day of arrival only from 3:00 p.m. at the earliest and then only until about 8:00 p.m. (the restaurant will then close soon). Sauna the next day only open from 12:00. Would have liked to have stayed, but we didn't want to wait from 10:30 (room clearance) to 13:00 for the first infusion.

The water in the two large pools was not really warm as you would expect in a thermal bath. The rest areas aren't really quiet and the bedding is polyester, which isn't great for people with eczema.

There were textile zones in the sauna area, but these were not adhered to and one or the other waitress could have been friendlier.

Overall the food could have been warmer. But that's criticism on a high level. I would have only imagined the water temperature in the wellness area to be warmer.

On November 9th there was a very unfriendly waitress who brought food without cutlery and said we should get it ourselves. The plastic cutlery and serving the food on cardboard is not possible at all.

It was very cold in the thermal bath! Water was also very cold! We didn't book dinner because it said there was a restaurant! We asked at the front desk, unfortunately they didn't know anything about it and couldn't help us! Then we asked at the bar if there was a restaurant, unfortunately nobody noticed us there! When I asked, unfortunately nobody there could speak German except for one man, he said to me normally you can also eat there as a non-hotel guest, but not today because it's so busy! I then ask where else you could eat here, unfortunately I only got the answer, 'That's the question' At the reception I asked again and they said we can only pay 25€ per person and then we can have dinner! I was really angry because the stay was a gift for a friend and we were more excited than relaxed! So we went to town for pizza! On the day of departure we asked how long we could still go to the thermal baths after checking out. We were only told we had to be out of the room and out of the thermal baths by 10:30 am or we could buy a day pass! In the thermal baths, these white lounger huts were reserved everywhere but only 2 were occupied, otherwise none were a shame! If I had known, I would have gone home that evening! For Hungary and 4 stars I would have expected something else! I won't go there anymore

A lot of algae in the pool, which were not very clean. The cleanliness in the rooms wasn't ideal either, but in terms of value for money you can't complain. The dinner was unfortunately not really suitable for vegetarians either. Apart from side dishes, there were few alternatives.

I would recommend taking slippers with you, as the ones provided are very wet, but that's really the only thing I can think of.

I think they make things up a bit more at the buffet. should and maybe look more at the bowling alley and balls that everything fits and works properly.

30 minutes before the restaurant closes, you are forced to pay the bill and you cannot place any further orders. Porcini mushroom soup is offered, but you get champion soup. Normal beer is ordered and you get wheat beer with lemon. Pool bar never occupied - waiting time at least 30 minutes.

The morning coffee machines could not keep up with the pace, it is worth considering replacing them with a higher performance one.

A so-called wellness hotel where you sit in the sauna with a bathing suit and are only tolerated naked and almost insulted is not possible at all. Probably expected too much because there is no such thing in Austria. Clothing in the sauna would be impossible and not allowed at all.

It was just one little thing. I found the mattress in the room a bit uncomfortable.

Dinner could have been more varied / main dishes

You can't regulate the air conditioning properly and it was too hot. It was dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom, but nothing was done. Thermal water too cold and due to renovation there is hardly any space

We only booked bed and breakfast. The attitude to the surcharge for the evening buffet - 25.00 per person, also for children, did not fit. The spaghetto food was very good and reasonably priced. However, this is not possible every day; which was a pity.

The furniture in the room is extremely minimal, there is not a single wardrobe in it, and you can't even put a sweater on the one shelf. We don't want to store our clothes on hangers in a 4-star hotel. The room safe is unbelievably small, perhaps you shouldn't have saved on it. The restaurant's wooden chairs are too puritanical and cold, the restaurant is like a canteen, not cozy. The seller of the press is rude, unhelpful, and doesn't understand what he's doing. We tried to discuss the listing of allergens, but he did not want to understand the point, his reaction was inappropriate, not appropriate for a 4-star hotel. It was unpleasant that the guest noticed the moldy jam at breakfast, this does not raise the prestige of the place either! When the window was opened, a penetrating stench flowed into the room, suggesting animal husbandry.

It looks like they are trying to train the staff to behave properly, but it leaves a lot to be desired. There are still (20-30%) among the staff who cannot behave properly. He doesn't say hello in advance, he's not nice enough and "very Hungarian"! I urge them to hold further training in etiquette. E.g. I am unique, as is most of the population of the country or the world! The difference is that I also travel alone, but unfortunately this is extremely rare on Moon. Because people consider this condition very shameful. They do not dare to expose themselves to the things (humiliations) that must be endured as a woman traveling alone! I am convinced that by the fact that caterers and travel agencies do not recognize the potential of singles, everyone loses! It should be explained to the employees that if a woman approaches the restaurant alone, they should not be greeted with "she is alone?", when will the others join in? This cannot happen in a normal country! I recommend that they organize a program in such a way that it specifically favors those arriving alone. I see a great opportunity in it! It would be a curiosity on Mo! And one more little thing! If you have to ask that not only a fork be brought to the macaroni, but also a spoon!, then I should not feel bad, but the waiter who should be warned about this. And if there is to be further training of this kind, then the employees must be asked to make sure that the guest does not hear any inappropriate talk. By the way, the behavior of the employees in this place also surpasses those working in other places! I only said these things because I thought they were worth saying! Again, congratulations and thank you for trying to make this country better!

breakfast could be improved. starting with "juice to salmon". very minimalistic and unfortunately not very fresh. the dining room could also use a little more class. Also, in my opinion, a wardrobe would be a bit more efficient in a room than just a cabin.

The complex has several showers. Unfortunately, the shower room next to the cloakroom has not yet been renovated and spoils the overall picture of the hotel's wellness area.

For me, the sauna is a nudist area. I hate it when people in bikinis or swimming trunks sit in the sauna and then go to the pool with cold water without taking a shower. If you need to cover up, then these people should take a very large bath towel or leave their bathrobe on.

Own and personal experiences after the couple have spent nice days with you. Do they need to look behind the scenes,,, Negative: Unmotivated staff (partly no professional staff) (restaurant) and even seems without control. The staff runs through the whole restaurant without a plan, so that guests suffer throughout the evening. Here it is highly recommended to use the right marketing and restaurant manager with clear gastronomy and service expertise and regulations, ongoing control. Pastry shop, there seems to be no specialist staff and there is also a lack of staff. I think that for the 4 🌟 hotel rating, the house has to offer and provide much more services for the guests. I had such feelings all the time that the staff had had enough of guests and people. In my opinion, the GF should work out a new strategy for the different departments and start with the summer season. Don't get me wrong, I'm just a guest and was, just a guest with my writing just wants to open your eyes and get your attention. I know that with the right strategy and plans, you can achieve the highest goals in your company. All in all, because of the wellness area, I plan to book a great GrandSuit with you in the future with my family. Hope by then they can solve the existing difficulties.

The speed of coffee machines for breakfast is a disaster. Especially at busy breakfast time. It took me over 10 minutes to make 2 cups of coffee with a wait. The background music in the morning is too loud and tiresome due to the volume level and style. The Infinite Belt also seems to work all day. If you spend a lot of time in the lobby, this is a problem. And service in regards to attentiveness has unfortunately gone down a bit in the bar and restaurant of late. Some young employees don't seem to be that motivated yet. 🙃

The reception staff is not really on top of the situation. The layout of the restaurant could be much more practical. The fire alarm system signaled three times in the middle of the night, we did not receive any information about what happened.

The staff spoke some German but enough English - the friendliness left a lot to be desired.

The first room smelled of cigarettes and was not clean. Khabs said at the reception, immediately changed the room. Vertex! The first night the warm food was cold even though I was first. And for breakfast, orange juice was from tetrapak, freshly squeezed would have been tastier. On the last day, I didn’t get to the buffet until 9 am, it was very small then, since nothing was obviously replenished. Almost no pastries, porridge was devastated (shame). And once I fell hard on the wet floor in front of the elevator, only then one of the staff put up a warning sign, because they must have been washed. When paying, I noticed that breakfast was not included in the price (which I thought) but everything turned out to be more expensive , as planned. It is not cheap! But good. I will plan again!

We missed a classic swimming pool with lukewarm water, suitable for swimming - breaststroke, crawling. Not much nature around, but everything clean.

The thermal baths are partly worn out and not really clean (completely calcified showers and fittings, partly damaged laminate floors, etc.) In the restaurant, the buffet is lukewarm at best, but should be commonplace. But it has nothing to do with the quality of the food.

Therme seems a bit run down and outdated. Other thermal baths are a lot better equipped. The pools were partly a bit moldy at the joints and the jets were partly broken. Somewhat monotonous sauna area and illogical nudist rules (obligatory in some saunas, not allowed in others).

The design of the wellness department is very unfortunate! There are few and badly placed showers, from which only cold water flows. Unfortunately, the sauna world is not textile-free, "everything" is allowed for the dear audience!!

We would like to have such a small, nice gift shop with daily papers etc.

There is no wardrobe in the room, we had to dress from a suitcase for 6 days. At breakfast, none of the 2 coffee machines worked. The morning coffee almost turned into a comedy.

It's really just a small thing, everything was very good. I only know one thing as a negative experience, there are two small-capacity coffee machines at breakfast, they run out very quickly and are also slow. This results in queuing.

I had to "fight" for an hour and a half to change the room due to a technical error, and I didn't managed to get another "sorry!" I won't get it either. When ordering a la carte lunch, we received the otherwise high-quality menu. Then, when we were about to order, the waiter, without even waiting for what we wanted, told us that if we didn't we want to wait a hell of a long time, it's better if we ask for pizza. They sat at 4 tables besides us, so it wasn't full...

Service in the restaurant

On the last day, in the afternoon, the electricity went out and we could not use the services we wanted. This might not have been such a problem, but since dinner was not prepared for this reason, they offered to take us to another restaurant, as they paid the bill. That sounded good, we went there. There we found out that it does not apply to us, as only breakfast is included in the price, which the hotel did not inform us that this offer does not apply to us. OK, we accepted.. Then we called the hotel to come pick us up, since we were done, they took another couple instead of us and we froze outside in the cold for more than half an hour, my girlfriend also caught a cold by the way. After these inconveniences, we would have expected at least some compensation, even a bottle or just a glass of wine, but we received nothing, not even the next day when settling the bill. However, we would have expected more from a hotel of this category.

The warm steam in the indoor part of the swimming pool is disturbing. The floor, although regularly drained, is slippery. Because of the warm medicinal water, it should be written in capital letters that e.g. people suffering from high blood pressure and other diseases can only use it for 15-20 minutes. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the large pools. It would be advisable to place a handrail in the shower belonging to the room.

The staff at the wellness cafe could be improved, again they don't care what's funny. Administrators do not greet, PCs are always busy. Minor repairs to be done (broken faucets, doorknobs, toilet drains...)

At breakfast there wasn't enough choice, 1 coffee maker, that a queue had already formed with so many people, the honey was old or was beginning to crystallize and had a strange taste, there was a dead beetle on top of my cheese that I I was just disgusted, so in my opinion the breakfast was unfortunately very bad and we were told if we got a pizza ourselves and carried it to the room, it would be cheaper and when we did that we were still charged 300 forints for whatever Charged + at dinner when we took the extra, some of the staff were also unfriendly, for whatever reason, but the dinner was good!

On the evening of the first day, we indicated that it was not possible to close the bathroom/toilet door, and the error persisted even on the third day at check-out. In the wellness section, there is nowhere to put the towel when showering, the puddles on the floor were not really cleaned, and there was often no water for us to drink afterwards in the sauna.

The bed was too soft for us, it wasn't uncomfortable, but we think you can sleep better with a harder one. The air conditioner is impossible to adjust, there is no instruction manual, it sometimes didn't even turn on at night and was too hot, and during the day it was ice cold with the same automatic setting. In the restaurant, if we didn't ask for a half-board dinner, we could only have pizza for dinner, even though I could have ordered anything from the ala carte menu in the room. This was also strange, we asked about it, but we didn't really get a reasonable answer. Regardless, the pizza was very tasty. The breakfast on the morning of the 3 days offered nothing new, it could be more varied every day.

The hotel is on the outskirts of Körmend and the smell of stables spreads throughout the day. During our stay there was a lot of drilling and carving because they were expanding the sauna world. So it wasn't silence. There are no sweet pastries at breakfast, but that may be due to the opening. The room could have accommodated a kettle and hot water or tea as a separate service. I expect more from a 4-star hotel.
