It fits perfectly.
It was very nice accommodation and cleanliness. And the owner is a fairy. There was all the equipment you could need, coffee, tea, ice in the fridge. Thanks to the good weather, we especially liked the balcony, because we could eat breakfast outside at the table in the fresh air. :)

I will come back as soon as possible
A beautiful, quiet guesthouse. Large rooms with spacious bathroom and generous balcony upstairs and the host was very kind.
It is not the fault of the owners, but there are extensive sewerage, gas, water or other utilities works in the area. Traffic is also affected, because there are temporary traffic restrictions and detours, which makes Waze almost unusable. Whoever goes to Gyula this season would do well to inquire about the state of the works, regardless of which guesthouse they stay at.

The stay was successful. Excellent location, quiet and beautiful surroundings.
The host should have informed us that there are works on the infrastructure of the streets nearby and that it is difficult to get around by car and on foot. Accordingly, the price should have been lower.

Excellent apartment both in terms of location, equipment and cleanliness!
It is located near the center, but in a calm and quiet area. The host is very kind and helpful, he gives tips on where to eat. The apartment is very well equipped (kitchen utensils, air conditioning, bathroom) and clean, parking is available in the yard. Great place, we would love to go back next year!

Very great accommodation
Everything was very fine, clean, comfortable, well-equipped and the price was completely reasonable!
I missed only one thing, I should have needed an iron 😊 But we only went for one night, in case of a longer stay there would have been a solution based on the kindness of the host.

We have fond memories of Gyula and Rozmaring.
The location of the object near the thermal pools. Friendly and caring hosts. Spacious, well-equipped room, long balcony. Oh, and no mosquitoes.
The construction separating the beds from the rest of the room seemed to us not very functional. Watching TV from the "bedroom" was rather uncomfortable.

Spacious, comfortable apartment near the spa
We found the mattress to be comfortable, the air conditioning is very efficient, and the mosquito nets on the room windows are practical. It's good that there was a clothes dryer, and the kitchen is well equipped. The big balcony is really good, but the whole apartment is spacious. Picking up and dropping off the key was smooth, parking was well resolved. The Várfürdő is an 8-minute walk at a comfortable pace, and the city center is a 10-12-minute walk.
Unfortunately, the dimming is not effective and the morning light disturbs sleep. A more serious blackout curtain would remedy the situation. Cleaning was lacking here and there (luckily, basic things were fine).

Gyonyoru apartment, clean, fully equipped. Fast Wi-Fi. Parking in the garden. Your host is super nice, easy to contact, they showed you everything. It is very close to the crow and the furdo.

We are extremely pleased with our stay. The rating of the stay in the Djula spa is between nine and ten.
The location is exceptional, the street is quiet, clean, tidy, the proximity to the spa is suitable. The building itself is nicely decorated, enough parking space. Ideal for resting and sleeping. Highly recommended. The hosts are exceptional, caring and all the praise for their attitude towards guests.
Recommendation to the hosts to replace the bearing, it could be replaced and then the rating would be 10.

It was wonderful, comfort, cleanliness, quiet, close to the thermal baths... A successful stay...
The kitchen, the heat through the floor, the functional compartmentalization of the room - the sleeping area, the dining area, the reading relaxation area, TV, etc. Plus an excellent balcony...
The bathroom has no direct ventilation, the window cannot be opened...

Excellent accommodation conditions. Welcoming and discreet hosts. Very close to the bathrooms. Lots of vegetation. We will come back and recommend this apartment to others.

Clean and modern apartment, quiet place. Dear host, thank you again.
The only small negative I can say is the cooking. The oven cannot be switched on because the electricity is turned off and only one of the 4 zones can be used.

I recommend it to all those who are interested in sightseeing, the castle spa, and those who want to relax.
The accommodation providers provided a transfer from the train station to the apartment. The apartment has a coffee maker, toaster, oven, hob, fridge, microwave... (parking in the yard) Leaving the accommodation was flexible. A few minutes' walk from the castle and the castle. Gyula is really worth a weekend.

PERFECT ACCOMMODATION IN GYUL!
The Rozmaring apartment is PERFECT! Tastefully and nicely furnished room. Cleanliness, order, fragrant bed linen and towels. Lots of extras, coffee machine (even coffee!), toaster, hair dryer. The place is a few minutes' walk from the city center, yet it is in a quiet and peaceful street. Parking in the closed yard. Andrea, our host, was flexible in everything, you can feel that it is really important for her that her guests feel good.
