Decent.
Firstly, the hotel is in an excellent, quiet location, close to the center and opposite the sea. Private parking is very important, as the street is very busy. However, the room was quiet. Clean and very comfortable space as well as the bathroom which was also very clean. Spacious bed and good mattress. Fast wifi and air conditioner that worked. Courteous maids ready to serve with extra towels when needed. We went in summer, but there was also a woolen blanket in the wardrobe. Finally, the breakfast was not rich in variety, it was just "okay". I would happily go again for more days.
I wish there were 1-2 extra pillows in the room. Also there was not even 1 bottle of water in the fridge or at least glasses.

all the rest. old air conditioning a lot of noise in the evening with us and the neighbors, no response to booking messages sent to establishments, the sound of music until midnight by the pool. the fact that in the 4th photo of our choice the room was with a sea view, but actually, no. we were next to the pool.

There is no way we won't come again!!
Without a second thought I urge you to visit this particular hotel.. Everything excellent with a staff with a smile and very kind.. Oi Maids wonderful and with a smile to greet you.. The family that owns this hotel Respects the customer by keeping the prices low almost incomparable and in the restaurant which is at a good level.. The pool very good the pool bar with prices that offer you comfort and not stress.. We stayed a total of 8 days and we will definitely visit again.. Thank you everything was very good and with prices that deserve congratulations.. We are the guys from 212 :)

Our room is not the one in the photo and which we booked and we were also not very friendly. We were given the key. Look for yourself. The room was not shown to us and they did not help with the suitcase! It was very small, dirty and outdated, we had two stains in the bathroom within a few weeks from other people never cleaned in the shower, rusty handle, accident hazard, safe because you could take it with you, and the wardrobe is so small that not for two people we had to put a makeup table on the balcony, so we had little space and one second socket

Wonderful
The staff was kind to us. Cleaning is done daily. We had the room with a sea view as we wanted. Everything was OK.
There was a bit of street noise because the hotel is located next to the street, but it is understood that it is not the hotel's fault.

Disappointing
Bad mattresses and pillows. The walls were like paper, crickets ran down the hall and you thought they were over your head. You couldn't blink. The pool although clean, its filters were filled with pine needles, none of the staff cleaned them during the day and you were swimming in the pine needles.

The room was clean with comfortable spaces. The hotel next to the sea. The pool had a nice pool bar.
the air conditioner in the room barely cooled the room only 2 meters away from it. The pool was not defined as a result of which it has debris from the trees around it. The beds had a hard mattress that does not allow you to sleep satisfactorily. The furniture needs change and in the room there was a plug for everything.

Wonderful location opposite the crystal clear sea. The balcony with a large sea view. Very kind staff at the reception and at the pool. Reasonable beach bar prices. I recommend it unreservedly

I recommend it as a first choice for someone who wants to stay in Tolo!
The kindness of the staff, the location next to the sea, the spaces, the strong internet, the cleanliness, the parking and of course the very good price!
I think the cost to get breakfast was very expensive.

We wouldn't recommend it for multi-day vacations because of the mattresses.
I liked the location of the hotel.
We didn't like the mattresses at all...they were too hard and we could sleep...

Pleasant stay
The hotel had a problem with the water, it couldn't keep a constant temperature when you took a bath, apparently some pipe was broken and the water was sometimes hot and sometimes cold. Also, when we left, they asked us for 0.50 minutes of accommodation tax, while through the booking we booked it, it said that all accommodation taxes are included. And while it was €37 in the booking, the payment in the end was €40 The room was old and smelled dirty, the sheets had a smell too. The only positive was the location and the sea view from the room. We would definitely not choose it as a hotel again

Decent for its price.
It is located at the entrance of the city, far from the busy and noisy center, in front of the beach, it has a swimming pool and a parking space, while most of them are either far from the sea or in the center, where you cannot find a parking space. it has a large dining room and bar.
It would be unfair to comment on an off season hotel, opened to take advantage of the three days.

The furniture in the rooms needs renewal or even maintenance. Pretty clean overall but needs more attention to detail.

Weekend stay in Esperia Hotel
The Esperia hotel is one of the most beautiful family hotels in Tolo. It is right in front of the beach, and its balconies have a great view. Plus the sparkling cleanliness, the large and spotless swimming pool, the pleasant and tasteful common areas, the polite staff, the nice food they serve, the free parking and the fact that it is pet friendly! One of the few hotels with a safe in the room, with easy access to the city but at the same time very quiet. Very good value for money. Thank you very much for the hospitality, I highly recommend it!!

Excellent, we will go again.
The Hotel is located on the coastal road, next to the sea on an amazing sandy beach. The staff always polite and willing. Especially the cleaners always greeted us with a smile and did an excellent job. Whatever we asked for, they were willing to serve us at all points of the hotel.

Everything great.
The stay was wonderful. The view from the room was unique and from the balcony had a view of the sea. The hotel staff are equally helpful and polite and the owners are very informative and polite, having a family atmosphere.

The sea is ahead Kindness of the owners. I criticize a lot but the value for money is good.
The condition of some rooms (I made two different ones). The hotel is a bit dated and not very good. No power outlet next to the beds. The shower curtain is too close to you ... it sticks. Breakfast is not very good This hotel is very family friendly and attracts locals. So the pool with some pretty loud music
