perfect as long as it was clean
The location was excellent! the accommodation was brand new, renovated in very good condition. provided towels and small shampoos as well as hot water for bathing. inside the room there is also an espresso machine for capsules and a microwave oven.
it was not clean enough. air conditioners were not working at 100% it had no soundproofing the apartments are all connected to each other by a door (which of course was locked, but it is still dangerous)

It could be better
The location was quite good, 10 minutes by foot from the center.
As soon as we walked in there was used cutlery and a coat hanger thrown in the sink. The sheet was torn and the walls in the room were cracked from the dampness. could be more clean and neat. The soundproofing is non-existent as we could also hear the TV from the next room. Also, 3 days of stay, towels were never changed, nor did a cleaner come.
