We would go again
Welcoming owner, smiling staff. Spacious clean room, well ventilated: we briefly turned on the a/c in the late afternoon, but at night we slept without it (hot season in Athens). Easy access to the city even on foot (flat road). Full kitchen equipment.
The shower, which flooded the bathroom. It's not insurmountable, but it's not convenient.

More good than bad
Good cleanliness (except dirty dishes), good value for money and relatively close to the center (10/15 min). I thought that in person it was much better than in the photos, it was quite spacious.
There were no elementary things like salt, soap and sponge for washing dishes, shampoo and gel ... The terrible bed dug into the body with springs. The path from the center is not very long, but at night it is scary, because it is very poorly lit. They also didn't refill the toilet paper.

Excellent stay
It was a very comfortable two-room room, with a kitchen that had all the necessary equipment. The cleanliness is awesome and the outside area is very beautiful. The host is kind and willing to help you with anything you need.

Comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean space!
Comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean space! The room is very spacious, cleaned every day and fully equipped with an oven and cooking utensils. Its location is ideal if you want to stay somewhere quiet and there is plenty of parking space. If we go to Skopelos again, we will definitely stay at Nautilus again!

We had a great time and had a comfortable stay.
The location where the rooms are located is very quiet at all hours of the day. Our accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The host is friendly and helpful, present for anything you may need.

Very good owner.
Rigas is very kind and respectful! One morning he treated us to wonderful Skopelos cheese pies. He also let us stay until the afternoon on the last day so we were not inconvenienced at all!

The handling of the owner was great, very attentive, friendly and always available. Spacious room and daily cleaning. You can get to the center of Skopelos on foot, in 10 minutes you are already there.
The spring mattress is a little uncomfortable: /

5 days in Skopelos, the accommodation was perfect
The location was great. You felt like in the middle of nowhere, in complete idyll with goats, sheep and the like. The harbor was a 10 minute walk, which could be combined with a pleasant walk in the green. Even closer was a large, well-stocked supermarket. The rooms were luxuriously furnished and the kitchenette was perfect. We felt good :-)
A little noisy, sometimes you can hear voices and noises from other rooms

Pleasant
The owner is kind and helpful even if he speaks bad English. On the day of departure, he allowed us to detain us as long as it was convenient for us, based on the ferry schedule. Clean facility, with convenient parking, very close to the city center. A new kettle, toaster and hairdryer are provided. Frequent linen change. Considering the price, you can be satisfied, but personally next time I will try better.
Little equipment in the kitchen (eg no kitchen knife and cutting board, dryers, tablecloths. No sponge and soap. Very few pots, etc.). Large bathroom, but little water pressure in the sink and shower without a curtain that shoots in many directions, flooding the bathroom. There are no shelves or hangers. Wardrobe alone is not enough. TV with only a few Greek channels and some operational problems. Wi-Fi in the room takes up little. The garden is better. The building is fairly new, but the pool to be completed and the few empty decorative fountains do not make a good impression at the moment. The situation is too decentralized to be in the countryside and too little green to be in the countryside. You can walk around the city center, but the road is narrow, winding, poorly lit and there are too many cars passing by to enjoy the walk. The worst drawback is that, depending on the direction of the wind, unpleasant odors come from nearby sheep farms.

Good accommodation and great value for money
Quiet area 10 minutes walk from the center of Skopelos, very nice host and simple and very clean apartment! Good Wi-Fi signal ... internal parking ...
If you have to go to the center several times a day, it is difficult (it is better to rent a car, if only just to get a better look at the island) ... BUT IT SHOULD NOT APPLY TO ACCOMMODATION OR SUP OWNER WHO HAS A COMFORTABLE PERSON !!

Pleasant stay for Skopelos
- Nice environment in a quiet location. -Very comfortable room with many facilities. (Large fridge, oven, glasses, cutlery, table with chairs, hairdryer, TV, etc.) -Spacious balcony with ironing board. -Very large bed with a comfortable mattress. - Kind owner.
-The shower often clogs and the soaps were not renewed. -He had no hangers in the closet.

A vacation to remember
The size of the superior studio, as well as the equipment of the studio, a spacious yard with palm trees, peace and quiet. The host Rigas is extremely helpful, he picked us up at the port even though we didn't ask for it, we took honey and olive oil through him.
A pool that is not finished.

New structure, functional and comfortable apartment, quiet area surrounded by a large open area with orchards. Convenient parking. Daily cleaning with change of bed linen and towels. Very nice and helpful host. Great stay. Thanks!!

The whole location is near the center in the countryside, in a quiet and charming location, the owner is very helpful and left us a room until 13 and as soon as we arrived he told us that if we want fruit we can get it straight from the trees. also they are building the pool and when it's ready it will be a plus .... we had a great time .... thanks
