Comfortable staying

The property is located in a convenient and quiet location in relation to the port and commercial activities; The staff is friendly.
Unfortunately in particular the bathroom and also the room was not clean...the faucets are very dirty! The spring mattress was not very comfortable, as was one very low pillow; fridge is a bit noisy.

Pleasant stay

Economical, Clean, Close to the center.
Everything went perfectly during our stay. Simple, clean and economical room, with a very good location, very close to the center of Skiathos. The room was very clean and the staff very kind. Wait for us again.

Simple room, spacious and clean. It was a bit cold but we asked for blankets from the owner who responded immediately. Fairly good WiFi.

Development property!
Escorted to my room, my heavy suitcase was taken up the stairs and a large bottle of water was brought into the room. Air conditioning was absolutely necessary.
View from the balcony. Cleanliness in the bathroom for an amateur. Cables, even if insulated or disconnected, stuck out into the room.

Near the port
Very decent price, clean room with small balcony, AC, bottle of water and fridge. Everything is relatively simple, but for the price it's pretty much acceptable.

IDEAL ACCOMMODATION
THE SERVICE OF MR NICOS IS VERY GOOD. YOU CAN SEE HIM ANYTIME YOU WANT. THE ROOMS ARE CLOSE TO THE MAIN STREET. THERE WAS DAILY CLEANING. THE PRICE WAS VERY GOOD. IF WE COME AGAIN TO SKIATHOS WE WILL DEFINITELY PREFER AIVALIOTIS HOUSE.

I would prefer it again.
Our room had a very nice view. While we had booked a double room, they gave us a triple room. Very close to shops and the center, which served us well.

Large comfortable rooms, new bathroom, towels and sheets that smelled of musk, excellent service. Very beautiful and well-kept space with a comfortable terrace. The owner is pleasant and kind. A breath from the center. Easy parking.

Modest accommodation but in a great location
The strong point of this structure is its location: you can reach the center on foot in a few minutes, and it is possible to find parking on the street, at least in the month of June. I recommend renting a quad bike for those who want to visit each part of the island on their own. It is worth mentioning the manager who is very kind and helpful, with a map in hand in English, he explained the places of the island and also offered us a large bottle of water, because in Skiathos the water is not drinkable.
The structure is very simple and some precautions would have been enough to make it more comfortable, especially in the bathroom: there is a shower curtain and the sink is too low. Room cleaning is daily but a little superficial.

Clean room. Very kind staff. Close to everything!
The room was very clean and had everything you needed for your stay. The staff very kind and helpful and even came to help us find the hotel because we were lost. They gave us detailed information about our movements in Skiathos as well as about places of interest such as super markets, eateries, etc. The accommodation is very close to the main road (Papadiamantis), the port as well as the bus stop which took you to all the beaches . Also the staff was very flexible about the cleaning hours of the room because I traveled with my cat and I didn't want them to come in while I was away to be quiet. I highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again in the future!
It's a bit difficult to find the hotel so better call as soon as you arrive and don't follow a map because you will definitely get lost! One mattress was weathered and you could feel the springs but there were 3 beds in total in the room so it wasn't an issue.

The structure, although a little inland compared to the port, is very comfortable, very close to the central road, several very good and cheap taverns and a bus stop that leads to the beaches. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, everything is well equipped.

Everything is ok, excellent quality, price. Quiet location, but not far from the center.
Value for money, quiet place about 5/7 minutes from the center on foot, to the sea we went by bus from stop 3. The room had a working air conditioner, a balcony. refrigerator and Wi-Fi. - we really enjoyed today's change of towels and sheets Hello owners, from Carlo and Rosie, thank you
I recommend adding a few more softer towels as the first tan will sensitize the skin.
