A pleasant stay, it's very quiet at night, not a sound, very relaxing.
The very warm welcome of the hosts and the location, the space in the house/apartment, makes the stay pleasant. The pool is great too, when you don't feel like going to the beach. The residence is well located between Paroikia and Naoussa.

The friendliness of the owners, super good customer service. The apartment is very comfortable, very clean and beautiful. The bed is very comfortable We liked it very much. In addition, I would also highlight the tranquility and proximity to beaches and cities.
The bathroom was a bit small but that wasn't too bad either.

The establishment is located on the heights of Parikia. The premises are spacious. A car is necessary, but on the other hand, you are calm in a very exotic place. The view from the pool is excellent. I recommend this apartment.
Condensate water from the air conditioner drains onto the terrace. In fact, the terrace is always covered with water. The condensate must be drained outside.

in some moments there was no water for the shower and dishes, the facility must be finished in terms of construction, it is impossible to use the pool after the beach because it closes at 20.00, bathrooms with obvious construction problems.

We received a very warm welcome. According to the hostess, the hostel has existed for only 3 years and they do everything themselves with great attention to detail. The view is great and the pool invites you to swim. The apartment has everything you need.

A bit disappointed
Good location, a little remote, you need a car the pool is good, the rooms are simply equipped, this is not a luxury, but what you need
The air conditioner only works in one bedroom, the beds are really on the first level. Not bad, but I think we could have done better if we hadn't done it at the last minute.

Super helpful and kind staff Spacious apartment (except the second bedroom).
A structure with huge potential, but still under construction. The exterior is completely devoid of vegetation. The interiors are furnished to a minimum and with basic materials. A deaf bathroom with a shower system for review (without a shower box / curtain). Overpriced for the service offered (at least for today).

GREAT LOCATION - REQUIRED CAR
A very beautiful place with great views. The hosts (the huge Nicky at the front desk and the owner of the premises Vangelis) are very available and fully attentive so that we could have a great time. Peaceful and calm place.
A somewhat eccentric character that we did not perceive (no restaurant or supermarket within walking distance). We thought we would go by bus/taxi but there were no buses available and very rarely taxis. Luckily, our very attentive hosts found us a rental car at the last minute, which was a challenge in high season and managed our first trips. This must be foreseen. The pool opens at 10 am and closes at 8 pm, which doesn't always allow for a dip after a day's walk or before leaving, but provides peace of mind.

Have a nice rest
Small houses remind me of houses in Namibia. Very nice and very well equipped. They are also very clean. The view from the balcony is really beautiful. But, fortunately, we had no neighbors, because I counted 4 dwellings in one house. Admittedly independent, but the balconies are glued together so this can be a little annoying. The owners are really nice.
The pool was not ready and we were not notified. We were not very happy. However, we agreed with the hosts for a more enjoyable stay. House outside the city, so a car is required

Nice apartments
New building, very nice and well maintained apartment. The fact of being abroad brings amazing peace and quiet.
Slightly bad smell from the sewer in the bathroom. 5 minutes by car from the village.

Exceptional
Vangelis, the owner, picked us up and dropped us off at the port. The apartment is located in the countryside, so it is ideal for those who want to relax. Newly built, it is also equipped with air conditioning; very large and has a courtyard with a table and an umbrella. (Special thanks to Jillian, caretaker, for her compassion and helpfulness)

relaxing and peaceful
The location of the building is perfect for those looking for maximum tranquility both at night and during the day. It is located just 3 km from Parioquia and about 8 km from Noussa. This is a recent construction, so everything is new and functional. You must have a means of transportation. The owner is a very nice and helpful person.

Passable
The property is very clean and newly built. They picked us up at the port and brought us back on departure.
We booked and paid for an apartment with living room, kitchen, bedroom, balcony overlooking the sea, and we found an apartment with kitchen in the hallway, bedroom and cobbled garden without sea view and with another building in front of it besides removing the view. it blocked the air, so it was impossible to have breakfast outside in the morning due to the heat. When asked to change the apartment we booked, we were told that this is not possible and that this is a site error. We were without water all day due to a ruptured pipe in the area and they are not equipped to deal with this kind of problem and so we had to sleep with salt on us during the day at sea and restrict the bathroom, as no water is evidently even the toilet didn't work. Apart from many apologies, we were given no choice but to wait until the next day. They speak very poor English.

Holidays in PLEIADES!
Newly built apartments, with a beautiful view, just A few kilometers from Parikia and Naoussa, on a large area that Mr. Vangelis is slowly shaping. Daily room cleaning and bed linen change. Fully equipped kitchen for the guest who wants to cook. We will definitely visit him again for a dip in the pool that is being prepared!!!

Very clean rooms, daily cleaning and fresh towels and sheets. Very polite hosts, always available and available. We liked the location very much, very quiet and suitable for our needs. Beautiful area with scooter view and terrace. We will be happy to return!
