Away from the chaos of Parga and very close to beautiful and uncrowded beaches.
The structure is quite new and the managers welcomed us with a bottle of wine. Very large room with great sea views. Clean linen every day and a very spacious terrace. The pool is very clean, divided into two parts with an area for children.
There is no Wi-Fi access in the room and some shortcomings in the lighting system and the shower door need to be replaced.

We took two rooms and had an amazing vacation. Crazy view from the balcony of the room. Really cordial hospitality
The location of the place is a bit far from the city center. On the other hand, the trip to the center is short by car and the silence and the amazing view we got in the rooms was extraordinary
The rooms are outdated. A small kitchenette. A very very simple and basic room. You can fix the door in the bathroom, closing the door of the room, etc.

Super place, nice view!
This is a beautiful place, not in the bustle of Parga, but not far from it. The beach in the bay is a must, beautiful!
The hotel does not have a bar or food service (we suspect it was). A simple coffee in the morning or a beer in the afternoon by the pool would be great. The people are also very friendly and nice!

superb residence in a heavenly location
Superb residence located above a paradise beach. The view is breathtaking. The apartment was perfect! Comfortable, big and clean. Cleaning and dishwashing was done every day by the staff which was very noticeable. the small terrace is very pleasant. the pool is big and deep! Parga is a 5 minute drive and is a great seaside town. we'll be back!
The pool was not really cleaned during our stay. Not very serious, but since it's deep, I felt a little ashamed...

Great place to enjoy Greek hospitality and the beach for a few days.
The place is beautiful. Going to the beach is ok. The return trip is a little steeper, but that's ok for a short distance. The pool is tidy and enough to cool off.
Showers are old and small. Could use an upgrade. The beds are hard, I'm fine with that, but that's personal

Due to the early booking, an excellent price/performance ratio compensates for minor shortcomings.
Cleanliness, daily cleaning, swimming pool, view of the bay from a height - redeemed 350 m steep ascent from the beach.
Tight parking lot with difficult exit, non-functional pool bar.

Recommended for multi-day stays
The view from the balcony and the balcony itself could not be improved. You can even sunbathe on the balcony if you don't feel like going out. The beach is a bit far, but that's not a problem. There is also a swimming pool. Happy for a few days.
The bathroom could do with a refurbishment.

WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME - IF I VISIT THE AREA AGAIN WE WILL CHOOSE THE SAME ACCOMMODATION.
AWESOME LOCATION AND EXCELLENT HOSPITALITY. VERY CONVENIENT PARKING AND PERFECT POOL.

Fantastic taste of Parga

The location was beyond expectations. And the room with a sea view and secluded was great. The view from the courtyard with the pool and many flowers gave you a good mood. The room is modest but clean. In the end, you just sleep in it, you don't party. Access to the center is more difficult without a car. Otherwise, I warmly recommend it.
As there is a lot of greenery around, there are mosquitoes in the room. Luckily I had the device with me.

The best thing about a holiday in Parga was this accommodation ❤️
The staff is excellent. They always help. The owner took us to the grocery store on the very first morning. Very clean and the rooms are cleaned well every day. The cleaner is a very nice woman. Beautiful view. The beach with several restaurants is within walking distance.
Sharp edges of tiles at the bottom of the pool, every child has small wounds on their toes.

Peaceful stop in a beautiful setting
We had a very good holiday. The hotel is exactly like the photos, the view of the sea is magnificent. Rooms are clean, bathroom looks new. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.

Some disappointments - nonetheless a very good week
Very beautiful bay
Based on the description, we assumed that there would be two bedrooms plus a living room. There was actually one bed in the living room (so two rooms in total). The second room was also not completely separated from the living room, there was a hole (for air conditioning) so that you could hear every sound from the next room. Reading the description again, it wasn't wrong, but it clearly suggested something else. The hosts were barely visible and did not try to make personal contact. In front of our front door - right next to the reception - the owners left to live two cute, but terminally ill kittens. We had to watch them die for a week, apparently someone took them in the end. It wasn't pleasant at all. Everything else was neat and clean and overall we had a very good week.

The bathroom was old, the shower was broken, there was a hole in the floor and it smelled like sewage.

Good housing with disadvantages

A wonderful holiday on a very beautiful Venetian style beach.
Beautiful apartment with sea views. Very spacious air-conditioned room. Very clean. Nearby mini market and beautiful beach a short drive away.

Overall a good apartment with minor flaws
Very friendly. Unfortunately there is no breakfast due to Corona, but the hotel cannot help. The location is great, very close to the sea. There are also small markets in this area, but they are very expensive - it is better to go to Parga. ;)
Unfortunately, we heard from friends who were there too that we were very lucky with the room. The rooms next door and downstairs were a bit larger and with small kitchens, but there were no mosquito nets, that would have been completely useless for me. When I was asked to change the room it was unfortunately not possible (with friends). We couldn't black out the windows, but we had mosquito nets and probably a newer shower. :) Unfortunately, it was not stated in the booking announcement that some apartments do not have a shared kitchen, but only a small kitchen. We assumed we could prepare food on site.

wonderful relaxing stay
Hello everyone, When we arrived we were greeted very warmly, we received a bottle of wine, a key to our room, and when we recovered a little after arrival, you can still check in with your paperwork. This only happened a few days later, because the friendship (chemistry) with the family arose immediately. We had a very nice and quiet room on the first floor with a balcony and sea view. The numbers correspond to the description and images in the photographs. The pool is very clean (always cleaned in the evening), sun loungers and umbrellas are of course free. Breakfast: simple normal breakfast buffet, various types of bread, cold meats, cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables from our own garden, eggs, scrambled eggs, coffee, tea, on request, as we have seen, even iced coffee was made. A very familiar aparthotel, very quiet, very friendly and helpful, we would definitely recommend it to others.

Quiet place to stay, the most beautiful "room with a view" ever! Very nice and modern room which was also immaculate. Breakfast: excellent! The mistress of the house always bakes something tasty to add to it.
Do you really need a car to go to Parga. Walking in the summer heat is really too far. The owners will call a taxi for you if you don't have transport.

Magical place.
Incredible location and view from the room. Large and immaculate swimming pool. The extreme friendliness of the staff. Proximity to the beach without inconvenience (passage, noise) Beauty and sophistication of the institution (marble, paint, flowers, etc.)
The kitchen equipment is too basic. Pay attention to the fact that it is necessary to have a certain intimacy between 2 pairs of friends in order to live together in an apartment (we have to go through the bedroom, which is also the living room)
