Dirty towels, poorly cleaned, untidy. The price does not match the quality.

in the room it was humid it was unpleasant at night we spent 4 days of stay the humidity was unbearable the cleaning only happened after we stayed with the same sheets and the same towels this is a shame especially considering we had a baby on the price we paid, cleaning was supposed to be done every day, not counting the trash. big disappointment at this level

The accommodation itself is not bad, but be very careful with the photos. I have never experienced what happened to me a few days ago when I stayed here. Apparently, if you see an ad on booking, you will think that you are renting a housing-apartment, which is depicted as it is on its images. Oh no! According to the owner this is a hotel although it is not listed anywhere so be very careful because the jacuzzi images are for the best room they will have and it doesn't have to be the one you rent. I made the mistake of choosing this accommodation thinking it was an apartment for my vacation, due to the high cost I took it for granted that it was as I saw in the photos because even when I booked the room with jacuzzi came out, but no. Discussing this with the owner, who spoke to me via whatsapp and not the app, that's when she told us it was a hotel and that they would not take care of anything. Our mistake was that we didn't watch the ads well... I think that posting images that do not correspond to reality is also our mistake. What happened in my case has already been transferred to booking so that it doesn’t happen to anyone else. This comment is for anyone who intends to book this accommodation, take a close look at whether they are interested or not. (Actually, when it says rate a room, I get an image of the jacuzzi when the maximum we saw was a hose. I'm attaching the image below😂)

The staff is too fast and hurried but friendly nonetheless. Attention, some electrical sockets and switches need to be repaired, the LEDs under the bed, as well as the toilet bowl, which are broken. You should also remember to wash the glass inside and outside of the shower that opens onto the jacuzzi.

Check in was a bit confusing as we didn't know when they would let us in. There is no reception to store suitcases. In the caves on Santorini, there is generally high humidity, which is why the bathroom quickly becomes moldy, for example, if there is no dehumidifier or regular repairs are not carried out in it. Also, there was no shower curtain or window pane so everything gets wet when you shower, doesn't dry out and encourages mold to grow. Also, I found it a little dirty. The toilet lid needs to be changed urgently... it costs next to nothing. There were also many coffee stains that could not be removed. Towels can also be bleached to keep them from looking yellowish. The doorways to the bedroom and bathroom are very low. I hit my head twice and I'm only 1.64 meters tall.

The smell of the jacuzzi water so I didn't enjoy it the way I wanted to as it felt like the water was dirty. The hydromassage system does not work properly, nor does the outside lighting.

The description of the accommodation said that there was a bath on the terrace. This was not the case. Because the rental company changed their ad (following our comment) The cleanliness of the room, especially the toilets, was not spotless (example: hair in shower, dead insect stuck on towel). Unable to find accommodation (incomplete address) without calling the landlord.

The privacy is relatively average. The outside door cannot be locked, only inside. Tourists come and go and take pictures at the door... It was originally agreed that a car would pick us up, but after waiting for a long time, no one came to pick us up, so we had to take a taxi by ourselves...

Lots of traffic in front of a very small gate to a microscopic terrace that smells like stagnant water. Impossible to have any privacy very dirty accommodation between pillowcases that smell terrible, dirty sheets, used mattress and dirty bed bottom, we preferred to sleep on two small benches in the living room. Long brown hair in the shower, moldy fridge seals, faucets that hold together miraculously, sink seals that weren't made and won't be made! real disaster for 180€ no service thankfully we only spent one night Misleading pictures

Several things were missing in the room which according to Booking.com should be there. All this was missing: bathrobe + slippers (we had to ask for them), microwave, coffee machine (there was an expresso machine that delivered cold expresso!), bottled water, chocolate or cookies, toothbrush, shower cap, adapter and also baby beds (but baby bed had probably existed if we had small children and announced it before we arrived). Then there were 2 cleaning storage rooms on our terrace, which we were not informed about before, so cleaning staff etc. "ran" out and in every day to collect and leave towels, bed linen, rubbish etc. which felt very disturbing.

It's crazy to find a hotel, it's too hard to find, but we will stay here next time, the host is very nice

A bathroom for dwarves, where it is difficult to get in and even harder to get out for a person of average height. A micro kitchen where it's hard to turn around. A bedroom without a window in the back of the apartment where it is difficult to ventilate. Dining room in pre-flood style. No decoration style. Uncomfortable couches. Staff coming to fix the umbrella and clean while the guest is present - washing the terrace when you want to drink your morning coffee. The price does not match the product.

I didn't appreciate the fact that there is no front desk. I was struggling to find a non-existent place when a man spotted us looking for a way, boss brother. Because this is a business. I was thinking of booking a night with an outdoor bath as shown in the photo, no. This is a fake photo taken to harass a customer. The sheets on the queen bed were not crisp which made me question if they were changed. The electric kettle didn't work. The shower was dirty. Several soiled and/or holey towels. There was only one teaspoon. 300 euros for the same night in Oia de Santorini, not worth it.

Local cleaning

The cleanliness of the rooms needs to be improved! Sheets and towels stained. Bathroom with lots of mold and dirty door. We found a cockroach that we killed and for the next few days the housekeeping didn't clean it up. Finally, the doors are 1.50m so the headboard is fixed, but just pay attention to it.

After checking in, we entered the room without permission and the cleanliness left much to be desired.
