The accommodation is very nice and stylishly furnished. Everything is very new. The terrace is also very cozy. Boyan tried very hard and was always ready to answer our questions. He surprised us with delicious baklava. The drinks were already in the fridge upon arrival. We felt very comfortable. Thanks a lot

The accommodation was fully equipped (microwave, kettle, toaster, espresso and filter machine, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, smart TV etc.) it made you feel like your home. It is in a central spot and close to the center of Marmaras with a short walk. It is completely renovated and has a sea view.

The studio is extremely well equipped and clean. The complete furniture is brand new (a big plus for the large number of kitchen appliances in the studio). The beds are very comfortable (mattresses and pillows are also new), the balcony is perfect for enjoying a quiet evening with wine and candles. The owner is friendly and always available for any help. What particularly delighted us was the way they welcomed us - with a basket full of fruit and plenty of cold drinks in the fridge (for the children and the two of us), coffee, tea... We also received a bottle of red wine as a gift. The location of the studio in which we stayed is interesting - even during the highest temperatures we did not need air conditioning, it is very pleasant to stay inside. There is enough space for parking. All in all - we would be very happy to return to this place. Heartfelt recommendation!

Nice apartment on 2 levels, good plumbing (there were not enough sharp knives for cutting😄). The owner is very pleasant and accommodating. The location is great...5 minutes right in town.

Brand new luxury studio, close to the beach, conveniently located and with no problem parking. Very kind hosts. We would definitely visit again if we decide to vacation in Neos Marmaras again.
