It would be nice to do some maintenance. Improve reception. Oddly enough, the payment through Booking did not go through, but then the same credit card was accepted at the reception, and coincidentally I receive a cancellation notice when I was already in the room .......... . .

We expected a buffet breakfast and dinner, but this was not the case. Although there is a basic selection, for breakfast, for example, by the 6th day it is a bit boring if it is fruit, for example: there is always only peaches. I would consider it possible to have a kettle and/or capsule coffee maker in the rooms.

First when we arrived we had problems with parking (parking on sloping grass) then we enter a building marked "reception" but it was empty and a man was sleeping on the floor on a mattress and told us it was bigger not a front desk 😳; the reception was located in the open air on the grass next to the pool and we were simply given the keys, then we had to find the building of our room on our own (we were not accompanied). Then the pictures are very misleading; this is by no means a palace and certainly not a 4 star! The facilities are dilapidated and there was only a bed in the room (no sofa or chairs as in the pictures). in the bathroom there is only a soap dispenser (no probes, no slippers, as in the photo). The furniture is really dated (the fridge that froze our food!) It looks like it was a palace 20 years ago, but since it was abandoned, there aren't even mosquito nets on the windows! I am not picky, but for this price I would recommend any hotel or homestay that is better than this hotel! Run and sleep elsewhere if you have a choice!

The shower and bath were missing a shower head holder and plug for the drain, but this was not a problem. It could take quite a while before we got food and drinks after ordering in the hotel's restaurant.

I didn't like anything at all. The room was super dirty (rust and mold in the bathroom and in the room a lot of dust and the yellow curtain. There was no hot water in any room. The staff was very disrespectful. The food at the hotel restaurant was impossible to eat. I do not recommend!

The worst! Very dirty room like it was never cleaned. The outside door was dirty around the jambs, the lock was loose, about to come off and the door seals were in the air. Entering the room on the left I saw a bathroom with dirt everywhere, from the floor to the tub and the sink. Moving on to the room, the floor, walls, furniture, towels, window, sofa bed were very dirty. In particular, the floor had dirt everywhere, the furniture was dusty, the sofa bed was ready to fall apart, the glass of the balcony door was covered in prints, very dirty and the frame had the adhesive tapes on it from the day the windows were first installed. Imagine.... They didn't even bother to take these out. The towels were not washed. They simply dried them and brought them to us. One towel had a print of hair on it. We didn't even bathe that day! The bed was made, the pillows and mattress very uncomfortable. The breakfast was the worst. We were told that due to corona we had to write down on a piece of paper what we wanted and in the end they didn't even bring half of what we ordered. Not even coffee. At the pool it didn't even occur to us that if the room hadn't asked for prepayment we would have left. But unfortunately we had prepaid it. For what it offers it was very expensive. I wonder how it's still open and has 4 stars. We didn't see any locals there (obviously they know) only tourists. Be careful never to choose it!!!

The photos of the establishment are misleading, the rooms are outdated and poorly refurbished or not refurbished. No hot water unless you let the shower run for 15 minutes. The breakfast is second to none, even the famous Greek yogurt is chalky and the meat and cheese slices are straight out of plastic wrap. The staff is frustrated by the numerous complaints and responds succinctly. The room was never cleaned during our stay. This establishment does not meet the criteria of a hotel.

The hotel was mentioned as opening in 2015 but this is from the 1980s. The room and bathroom do not have facilities for hand and bath towels, toilet paper and for drying bathing suits, which is usually necessary as this is a seaside resort. Cleaning did not appear at all, in the evening dirty hand and bath towels were lying on the floor, the room was not cleaned. The Greek cuisine for breakfast lacked feta cheese and olives... This is not a 4* hotel, the maximum you could get is 1 star.

Disaster, never again. The hotel is not as described, the rooms were not cleaned, there were not enough towels, when we asked the staff we were always told that we could not do it. The rooms are old and the hotel is not 4 star but rather 1 star and that is still too much.

Unfortunately, nothing is actually true of what they present on the website. There was no cleaning, no change of towels after observing our sheets any day for three days.

First, we arrived at the hotel at 15.30 and the room was not yet ready. We were told to wait at the pool and after 2 hours they informed us that it was ready (and we were not even offered coffee for the two-hour wait). The room had not been cleaned. yes, mosquitoes were killed on the walls, dirty curtains, the room needs painting, the blankets that were laid on the beds had stains, two sockets did not work so the mobile phones could be charged in the bathroom. The next day in the morning at 9 o'clock we asked them to clean the room a little more carefully and to change the blankets and after we ate breakfast (very average breakfast with bad service) we left and came back at 4 o'clock. The room had not been cleaned yet and reporting it to the reception the employee said that he can't do anything as the cleaning is done in the afternoon. In the end, they just brought us 2 clean blankets and towels at 7:30 in the afternoon without cleaning the room. The sunbeds at the pool have soiled mattresses. In general, the staff did not care about serving the world properly. The signs of abandonment of the hotel are obvious. In no case is it worth the money and I wonder how it states that it is 4 stars!!! Outdated decoration inside the room. In no case for €150/night. I do not recommend it to anyone! The photos don't look like reality! Caution!!!

the breakfast was of poor quality, the room was dirty, the towels smelled and I think that the hotel, even though it was four stars, was not even worth two stars. I would not recommend it to any of my friends.

Hygiene, I found tufts of hair on the floor. 4 stars not at all. Everything was designed for Balkan tourists, no Greek atmosphere. Stayed for 4 days, had to go for towels myself.
