The beach is close. The size of the apartment is adequate.
Noisy rooms facing the street, opposite a loud, musical tavern, you can become "deaf" with an open window, it is impossible to rest. The sea view is really only what is shown in the picture, practically zero. It was a big disappointment, we will not go back to the area again.

Quite normal
The accommodation was clean, recently refurbished and air conditioned. The bathroom was spacious and the terrace (overlooking the street) was also large enough. Located on the beach, just a few steps from Nea Peramos Beach. Ammolofoy beach is not 600 meters from the apartment if you want a very clear sea without algae and jellyfish.
Surprised by the size of the room, too small. There is only a bathroom, a very small kitchen and 2 bedrooms. There is no living room.
