We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and we were sorry to leave...great location across from the island's most famous beaches within a 5 minute walk. Really clean apartment with attention to detail with a beautiful patio full of flowers...really exceptional and very original breakfasts by the Lady served in front of their property's pool. They were very accommodating in meeting us upon arrival at the port and giving us all directions around the island after offering us refreshments. Quiet, family run residence and they are VERY HOSPITAL, KIND AND PROFESSIONAL.

I stayed in this apartment with three friends. We had a great time. The room is spacious and equipped with air conditioning. The kitchenette had everything you need to prepare breakfast and lunch. an ideal open veranda for breakfast in the shade. The area is quiet, one minute walk to the sea. Free parking included. Every day the apartment was cleaned and towels changed.

Super sweet. The location was perfect, the family is very nice. Excellent breakfast, albeit pricey. local products. It feels like a lot of love has gone into this. Each room has its own terrace overlooking the sea.

All great facilities, swimming pool, COVID cleaning... I would also like to mention how friendly and nice the girls at the reception, they told us where to go, where to eat... WONDERFUL!

What can I say ... really great structure with good value for money. We stayed in a miniature seafront apartment equipped with every comfort (terrace and kitchenette), very close to Mylopotas beach, but at the same time in a quiet and peaceful area. A really well maintained place, as well as an on-site pool and bar, not far from the apartments. Exceptional friendliness and helpfulness from the family that runs this establishment. Excellent cleaning service (daily and with change of bed linen and towels). Super recommended !!!

Regardless of the length of your stay, you will be greeted as heads of state. The boss comes to pick you up at the port, even if you didn't ask for it, then his daughter warmly welcomes you, gives you a lot of advice on visits, and shows your studio upstairs. Behind the front desk, there are exceptionally high scores from travel sites. Widely honored.

A wonderful and hospitable host met our family at the port and brought them to the apartment, great location - very close to the sea, very stylish and cozy apartments, wonderful and varied breakfasts, I definitely want to come back again))

Really friendly staff, welcoming structure, great room cleaning, staff always ready and helpful, we had urgency and they opposed us immediately, great pool with seating area and bar. The room is very spacious and has a nice terrace.

Location, service, kindness, decor

The owner picked us up and dropped us off at the port. Everything went very smoothly. The apartment is very beautiful. Large, well decorated with good quality furniture, kitchenette and air conditioning. Ample storage space for suitcases (which, of course, is not taken for granted). The bath was the best in three weeks in Greece. Very large and comfortable. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. The location is great, just 100 meters from the beach and restaurants and shops are within walking distance. A bus to the city and port ran every 30 minutes in mid-September and cost only 1.80 euros. So it is not necessary to rent a car. It was quite windy during our stay. But we could still sit in a calm corner on the balcony in the evening. A few meters further there is a family hotel with a very nice swimming pool, which can also be used. We were very comfortable.

The family that runs it are very kind people and ready to meet any request. The hotel is very beautiful, recently built. Located on one of the most beautiful and equipped beaches of Ios. Super breakfast !!

A lovely welcome by the kind and knowledgeable staff (Sra Margarita) offered a welcome drink and transport from the port to the hotel.
