Disappointed
The location, large area, well organized.
Although the location has a very good potential, with a large area and terraces, the furniture is old. There is a heavy smell everywhere. It has only one main bathroom and a very small toilet. Kitchen utensils are old and unusable. The washing machine, although there is, I don't think it can be used. The furniture is very worn.

Exceptional
Very nice owner, good equipment, distances as described, parking, ok.
Bathrooms are in need of refurbishment. The staircase to the apartment was a problem for my disabled husband
