Great location right on the beach. Modern bungalows are equipped with everything you need. Restaurants and bars near the beach or right by the pool. Special applause for the kindness of all the staff. Really way above average. Parking spaces are provided free of charge.
Nothing
Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was given a room that did not match the one I had booked, and what is more, it was used by some guests as a support room before leaving. I report a problem to the reception; they apologized for what happened and came to move into a gorgeous bungalow. Very friendly staff. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. Great staff in the room. Discreet cuisine served buffet style. - a well-groomed beach, and children under 16 are not allowed on it; the latter had one of two pools and the other was mostly for adult guests. Breakfast good.
Unfortunately you couldn't bring anything to your room when you left the dining room. After the plate of fruit was taken away on the second evening, the waiter called me badly on the third evening. Fruit right after lunch, but I preferred to eat it after a good time, but there was nothing to do; but what amazed me and hurt me was the way it was said as if I were a delinquent. I would like to point out that for 5 nights I paid a certain amount, it was about 1000 euros! Another thing that I found incredible about this type of structure is that there is a spa that also offers massage, but no manicure or pedicure. Laundry service is available, but outside. The hotel asks for two days., But if you let you explain where it is in Ierapetra, and you have a car and you bring it, they wash and iron you in one day, and the next day they bring you back.
Location is good, car is recommended. The private beach with sun loungers in a sheltered cove is ideal for swimming. Breakfast corresponds to a 4 star hotel (varied but not varied). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds are good. Bungalows 107-119 have the best view (garden view).
Wifi in the bungalow was poor or nonexistent.
The bungalows are very spacious and nicely decorated. You have a large terrace overlooking the greenery. The complex is beautifully overgrown and has an excellent breakfast terrace overlooking the sea. The breakfast selection was very good. The hotel has two plunge pools and a private beach area completely filled with sun loungers and parasols. The sand is very pebble. The walks on the beach are very hard. The hotel is located on the territory of an associated five-star hotel, which brings together quite a few people. The drive to Ierapetra takes about 15 minutes. From there, a trip to the island of Chrissi is recommended. Otherwise, unfortunately, there are not many in this area.
There was nothing to complain about during our short 2 day stay.
