The staff was very nice at all times. in my situation with breakfast being celiac I had no problem and they let us check out a little later

Nice friendly staff. Special greetings to the Receptionist, who even found extra heating for us, because a strong cyclone (October) was passing through part of our stay in Crete. Breakfast - yogurt, scrambled eggs, fruit, juices, coffee, tea, etc. Sufficient in relation to the price of the hotel, at a decent level. Everywhere clean. Rooms and bathrooms renovated, convenient parking.

Great selection, delicious food. Here everyone can find what they like - fruits, muesli, sweets, meats, cold meats, eggs, beans, English breakfast.

We got a free upgrade to our room. Also, we were allowed to leave the room until 13:30 on the day of check out (normal check out at 11:00). The beach is quiet and right in front of the hotel (travel time: mid/late October).

Incredibly friendly staff, from the front desk to the breakfast room to the maids, everyone was cheerful, friendly and helpful. The rooms look exactly like the photos and were neat and clean. Large selection for breakfast. The pool was good and very clean.

Upon arrival, the eye is mesmerized by the beautiful swimming pool, the structure is also very beautiful, the receptionist is very kind. Large room clean with nice terrace, good bathroom and shower. Towels are changed daily and toiletries replenished daily. The beds were very comfortable. Rich and varied breakfast. Free pebble beach within walking distance, not equipped, but there was a beach nearby, if I'm not mistaken, sandy. Highly recommended.

Great pool, more than satisfying breakfast buffet, sweet to savory. The staff is very friendly and ready to fulfill any request. The sea is a few steps away from the object... the water is very beautiful, clean and not cold even though the beach, although very spacious, is made of stone pebbles (sometimes there is sand). The location of the hotel is still very convenient to reach the beautiful beaches of Elafonissi, Balos, Falassarna to name the most famous, but there are a few others if you feel like wandering around.

The place was relaxing, the staff were very nice and attentive. The room was clean and cleaned daily. The food served from the menu was plentiful and very good, except for the last two days when it was a buffet, the food seemed less tasty to me. There is a bus stop next to the hotel.

The rooms are very good and above all impeccable cleanliness, the pool is beautiful but it can only be used until 18:30 so it is used very little. Breakfast is very varied, yoghurt is excellent, homemade desserts are also good. The cappuccino is handmade, so I gave myself tea in the morning. For those with a sweet tooth, there is plenty to choose from! The place is very quiet and located close to a beautiful village and a relaxing beach in the evening upon return.

The accommodation is located in a quiet area and is located a few meters from the beach. The rooms and the whole complex are kept in a very clean condition, and the breakfast and dinners were good. This should be emphasized by the very pleasant staff that fulfills every wish.

We liked everything about this small hotel: a quiet, well-maintained structure in a great location for visiting the most beautiful beaches in the area. family hotel, the number of rooms has been reduced for more peace of mind and an economical holiday. Very good value for money. the beach adjoining the hotel is not exceptional but has the advantage of not being crowded. the small town next to the hotel is charming and we were able to enjoy restaurants with succulent dishes at attractive prices for two, averaging around 45 euros.

Excellent location, halfway to the center of Chania and the most famous beaches of Crete such as Balos, Elafonissi and Falasarna. Fantastic helpful and welcoming staff, as soon as we arrived they upgraded us to a room at no extra cost and each day they gave us different tips on places to visit and how to get to them. We liked it very much, we will definitely return.

The hotel is in a very quiet location, just a few meters from a very long beach with very good swimming opportunities. Don't forget your bathing shoes because of the gravel. The hotel made a very neat impression. The economy room was large enough and nicely furnished with a large shower room. The sink was in the room. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Approximately 15 minutes from the hotel along the beach is Kolymbara. There are good taverns.

The pool is clean and not crowded. The hotel complex is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We wanted a double bed in our superior double room, not twin beds. The staff went out of their way to resolve the issue and we were happy with the solution.

We were blown away by the friendliness of all the staff. Everyone was always helpful and even the waiters gave us great travel tips. The complex itself is very nice as is the pool. Each room has a balcony overlooking the sea. The size of the rooms is also ideal. I think it's ok for 3 stars.

The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the western part of the island. It is very quiet and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly and there are good taverns in the surrounding towns. We had a rental car on our travels which is highly recommended.

The hotel is in a good location, in about 1 hour by car you can reach the most famous places in the west of the island. Large spaces for receiving guests, which guarantees peace (also for distancing). Large and very beautiful swimming pool, very pleasant because it is not crowded. Pretty basic room but equipped with everything you need. Good breakfast, both sweet and savory options. For dinner, 6-7 courses are prepared and served as a buffet and a dessert of your choice. Everything is well cooked, certainly not a buffet meant for Italians. Fair price drinks. Decent drinks at the pool bar. Everything is very beautiful, but a good drink is something else. The hotel offers pool towels. The village next to the hotel is very small. There are several restaurants (also very good) and a couple of small shops. However, it is very dark on the road in the evening. It's hard to think about going there for a walk. Close to Chania (by car 30 minutes).

I wouldn't spend a whole week in this hotel, the food was very monotonous. Breakfast was the same every morning and not very good. You can definitely spend 3-4 nights here. The room was very warm, but there was air conditioning. Everything was clean and the whole area looked very well maintained. The staff were very friendly. However, the location of the hotel is not very good. If you don't have a car, you are very lost. The best beaches and the city of Chania are always about an hour's drive away, which can be very exhausting. Great for a few days off. The sea is also opposite the entrance, but unfortunately the beach is pebbly.

The hotel complex is very nicely decorated and the staff are very friendly and polite. The rooms are clean. The location is good, but if you want to explore the island I would recommend renting a car.

Booked a superior room. The room was directly above the generator next to the kitchen. Constant buzz! Got another room without repairing the bathroom 😑. On the second day we got another superior room with a renovated bathroom. Well settled!
